Someone else said something about new foals and you came in and responded directly to said statement, thus inferring that you were talking about new foals Personally I find everything about this whole "newfoal" thing lately ridiculous, from the word itself to people complaining about new people joining on a site that's a few months old
From past experience, the trolls won't stick around long, and most of the new members are probably pretty good people.
Well, this BRONY DAY was... off the hook. Man, it was crazy. Especially the way I and a couple of other users celebrated it (not the radio chat).
The point is not the ones new to the site, Derpy. I'm totally fine with having more people on the forums. What gets me is the ridiculously high amout of new ppl on the radio. The chat has turned into something that i'd refer to as "concentrated pinkie pie" aka pure nonsense. As off today it was impossible to have a proper conversation in this chat. Once you go on-air you're spammed with youtube links after telling ppl 100 times that we can't use them. They keep requesting the same stuff over and over, even after we tell them to stop it or wait for a while. It's simply terrible atm, and I hope it settles down a little bit in the next days.
just stop the requests, like you have been joining, or find another way to get requests... Like post a POST WANTED REQUEST ONCE I'VE CLEARED THE CHAT, and filter out the good ones?
The radio chat is clogged with RP'ers. There is another chat for RP, but it doesn't have the features that RP'ers want. Things like the colored names, custom names, etc. Moving the roleplay would clean up the radio chat, but I can't see people actually moving with everything in it's current status. Just my two cents.
