Alright, so I played the demo for both of the games for more than 10 hours each. I have achieved high scores in SSX and I have completed the gold challenges in Mass Effect's multiplayer. I honestly can not decide which of these two I should get, I had fun with both of them. Any recommendations?
Depends what kind of game you like the most? RPGs? The conclusion of the Mass Effect series (provided you played the first two), etc. Personally, I'd go with Mass Effect 3, but that's just because I've loved the series.
One of the Amazing features of Mass Effect is how your story progresses by the Choices you made in Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2. How about playing those while deciding?:derpe:
The problem is that I enjoyed both games immensely. I have a character from Mass Effect 1 and 2, but the gameplay of SSX is what is attracting me towards that game. I was also slightly disappointed on the direction the Mass Effect series seems to be going (from an RPG to a linear third person shooter). I missed the planet exploration of the first game and customization (though I really like the new skill trees in Mass Effect 3). Edit: Also that $10 Day one DLC for ME 3 is not cool.
I've been extremely impressed by how much better the game is than its predecessors. (Mass Effect 3) I found the Mako and annoying hassle, and planet scanning was the worst, but I've immensely enjoyed both games and most of the DLC. From what i've played of the demo, it's going to be incredibly fun game to play in Multiplayer and Singleplayer. I'd suggest Mass Effect 3.

Eenie meenie miney mo...... But seriously now, from what I've seen and played, Mass Effect 3 is pretty awesome and it continues to be.
I would say ME3 but... there are things that would make me get it in the future. As for SSX, it is a must get! I got it on pre-order and will be picking it up tomorrow after my classes at Valencia. It's going to be so AWESOME!
