She then left before returning and picking up the two suitcases with her hooves and the shopping bags with her magic and motioned to Mirror to follow her. After a pleasant walk they arrived at her two storey house about 3 minutes from sugar cube corner; 5 from the carousel boutique; 15 minutes from fluttershy's cottage; 20 minutes from sweet apple acres and 10 minutes from Princess twilight sparkles new castle thing. "Most beautiful first." She said as she opened the door and stepped aside to allow mirror in first.

She then went back downstairs as the movers began unloading the final pieces. "So what are we going to do with your apartment? Rent it out? or sell it completely?"

"I guess we start by getting that apartment onto the market and then perhaps a nice meal out seeing as how its starting to get a bit dark outside and then of course our first night together."

"Sure, just fill out these appropriate forms and we shall come to evaluate in the coming weeks. We will then put it on the market and inform you whenever an offer comes about." The woman pulls out a 3 page form for Mirror to fill out.
