For those not in the know--which is likely all of you--my Casual Failure project involves me playing through video games without prior practice, then grading my performance based on stuff like times hit, energy lost, lives lost, things like that. Gives me something to do on the weekends. I did some test recordings with Mega Man 9, but my household's main computer really doesn't like it when I run the 2nd Legacy Collection in conjunction with my recording software. I've yet to test it on my laptop, but in the meantime I've decided to give Mega Mari a go. The ridiculous bullet spam of the Touhou Project combined with the game physics of Mega Man? Already I am afraid, but... ...no turning back.
