Moved to character discussion. As for the topic... I'm conflicted. I like Celestia and think she's a great friend and leader... but I also like Luna. She's a little out of place and is doing her best to fit in. In a sense, she's like Twilight when she first came into Ponyville, she didn't have any friends nor did she really know how to make them. I think it's because of that detail which would edge me a little towards Luna.
I would side with Luna. She honestly seems a like a better ruler and I don't trust Celestia...All that niceness...There is something evil behind that mask. Called the Solar Empire for a reason. And Applejack ain't that scared of Luna anymore.
That about sums it up for me. I actually do like Celestia and I'd think she's a perfectly capable leader. Luna seems to get all the hype due to her estranged personality, looks and the fact that her guards have very unique armor. I would think that if Celestia and Luna were pitched together in a battle, Celestia may have the upper hand due to her understanding of the current time period and experience with power and control. Luna's about 1000 years behind so she's got some catching up to do!:derpe:
