The human body needs two hours of REM sleep a day in order to function properly; without it you will start to hallucinate, lose all ability to concentrate, and then eventually suffer less fun side effects, like psychosis and death. So either you're saying you can instantly achieve REM sleep, or you really aren't a human bean O_O
That's entirely possible, but wouldn't have anything to do with your sleep patterns. Hallucinations occur after a few days without REM sleep, death occurs after eleven days. I'm assuming here that your life has lasted more than eleven days.
I see, interesting~ I knew sleeplessness over time would eventually kill you, but I never knew how many days till it could kill you...
I went to bed about 3:30am, woke up at 6:30, then went back to sleep again for a bit and woke up at 8. Not sure why I don't feel tired...
