We don't get too fanatical about it, by that I mean we have a tree and some lights. It does it's stint.

Aslong as it snows I'm happy.

Seeing as this this will be my first Christmas in my new (much larger) room, I plan on super-decorating everything. And while thinking of what to type, I came with an epic idea I hope I can do this holiday season.

That's so not true. I care about Thanksgiving!

Anyway, all I'm planning to do this Christmas is spend it with family. I don't care about receiving gifts. I stopped caring about that years ago. I just enjoy the quality time I get to spend with my loved ones. :)

Things are really crazy around here right now, so I'm not sure where I'll be spending Christmas.

Oh, Christmas! Despite being agnostic, Christmas is my favorite holiday and time of the year. To me, this holiday and time of the year is filled with wonderful music, great food, fantastic decorations, wonderful feelings and spending lots of time with those you love and care about. I love to give gifts to those I care about; I like to get things that they may not expect but I know would absolutely love. I also love to cook Christmas treats and meals for everyone I care about and love; my favorite Christmas treat is lefse, which is a wrap/flatbread that originated in Sweden and Norway. You prepare it by warming it up, buttering it and topping it with sugar. You then roll it up and eat it.

Above all, I love the decorations and music. I listen to Christmas music from all over the world and in many languages; my Christmas music folder is 15.2 GB large currently. I have many things both unique and standard: from a copy of a Christmas radio show that aired on National Public Radio back in 2001 to Mannheim Steamroller to German choirs to Bing Crosby to pop versions of old Christmas songs from all over the world to jazz versions.

Aside from music, I love to just go around the city and look at decorations; the stores are already decorated and look absolutely fantastic! I also love to decorate the house; I decorate my parents' house for Christmas every year. I also like to decorate the basement at my parents' house, which is where I live. For years, I only had a little tabletop Christmas tree to have in my basement. This year, I finally managed to get my hands on a 6' (1.83 m/182.88 cm) tall artificial Canadian Fir Christmas tree for US $20. Once I got the decorations, lights and other things to decorate the tree, I had spent about US $60 (I had money set aside for Christmas this year). I have yet to get stockings and other decorations; I'll update as I get more stuff.

Anyway, I had my boyfriend take 88 pictures of me setting up the Christmas tree. This thread is a perfect place to post some, so I chose a select few images to upload to share with you all. Enjoy!

In closing, Christmas is very special to me and has been ever since I was very little. I am very excited for Christmas this year! I'll keep you all up to date as the season comes closer.

Ho ho ho. I'm the spirit of Christmas cheer. Obviously. I want you all to have a single damn, from me to you all. I don't normally give these out, but 'tis the season and all.

    Merry Freakin' Christmas.

To Clarify: Christmas sucks. It is a time to be guilted into religion by my gran. But hey, i get to see the jolly looks of dissapointment on eeeeveryone's face when i tell them how i'm doing in school. ¬~¬

...and thank you for the compliment on my shirt.

Long story short: Christmastime is very special to me and I just decorated a tree I bought.

My boyfriend's best friend loves that movie. I've seen it once myself; it is pretty good, but it's not my favorite Christmas movie.

That's very true. It's a large part of why I actually have respect for the movie and did enjoy watching it. It's also a wonderfully-written story.

For Christmas, CC should meet up with me in Florida. :derpe:

I also want some TwiDash as a present for my birthday on that month and for Christmas. (Also, hope for more TwiDash art on dA.)

    You know...I'm not even really sure what I want for Christmas. I'm much better at giving gifts than I am at getting them or asking for them. ^^;
