"My people has experience this strange phenomenon, the statues of our gods that are located just outside of our Eriborian's castle has been lighting up like candles. We originally thought of this phenomenon being a warning from the gods, but they would have warned our Eriborian if it was a warning. He has just sent a telepathic message from across the globe to all explorers and major Ardelanian officials explaining what this cause of the light really means." "Monsters. They are known as 'Kaiju'. Silver Crescent of Lunaria and our Eriborian is investigating this further. He sent me to give you this warning for what will come in the future."
Valacian sat, silent, his hand on his chin in thought. One vision was of the humanoid, or rather the one known as the Eriborian, and Silver in a mine in Lunaria. "This is a very serious matter you speak of. I will ensure that my people are ready, without directly telling them, obviously. Thank you." Again he stopped to think for a moment. "Please, come with me. I have something I would like you to see." He stood up and walked out into the rain, motioning for Falahindra to follow.
Falahindra followed Valacian outside of the room and into the rainy environment. He knew that word was now spreading of the Ryborian scouts in every nation in the world, but was considered to be the first and only one in The Sun Civilization. Soon, he would be shown something by Valacian. He did not know exactly what, but he had a feeling that it was possibly related.
Valacian started leading Falahindra through the town. As they passed through a market-place Valacian started talking. "My people were nomadic. Travelers who only sought out food. I had an idea. My people could form something greater than that. They could create civilization where nothing expected us to. Thus our city in the mountains. Thus our strength and will. My people are survivors, not hunters." Interestingly, none of the Saberai in the village seemed to notice the unusual creature traveling with their leader. "We are here." They entered a cave, with light coming in from the other side.
While still in Equestria, Silver had seen with his own eyes just how powerful Ryborian magic was. He knew that if the world he now called home was to survive, the Lunarians would need all the help they could get. He turned to Venquis. "The temple lies within the depths of our mines, the main entrance to which is near Lunaria City. I can have a chariot fly you to the city, if you wish."
"That would be much appreciated Silver. Through this usual energy, i can tell you where it has occurred, the 'timer', if you wish for these creatures awakening and...possibly, their weakness. If they had any. Thank you for your offer." Venquis politely told Silver as he stood and closed his eyes for a brief moment. "The energy is strong at this temple, so that must be the entrance." Valacian's story about his people impressed the messenger. He was going to say something until he entered a dark cave, deciding to take the time to comment later once he seen what Valacian wanted to show him.
The two came out into an opening of a dead volcano. In the center of the area was a large boat structure. It was incomplete, but the shape and materials was enough to make it recognizable. "My people needed a defense. We started working on this as soon as we figured out a way to make it move. I present to you, the fangs flight. A ship designed by the greatest minds of our people." The boat was easily large enough to fit a small army. It was made of very light wood, and iron. Wicker, the timberwolf, jumped off of the ship and ran over to them. "And the best part of this amazing thing... It will fly as a bird! I believe this to be a great asset given what has been revealed to us. I expect you to tell your leader about this. It will be finished within the month. Let us only hope these monsters can wait that long."
"That ship is a monument to the grit and resolve of your people. My Eriborian will be very pleased about this. Just allow me to tell him." Falahindra then placed two fingers on his forehead for a moment and then smiled. "And....sent." The two of them shook hand and paw with each-other, Falahindra smiling about this interaction. "My leader is currently in Lunaria speaking to a 'Silver Crescent', I'll be traveling en route to there. Pleasure to be of business." Falahindra then smiled once more before him and his two guards left the volcano and proceeded to travel to Lunaria, followed by a trip home to Ardelan.
Valacian knelt down, and pet Wicker. The two traveled back to Valacian's home. He stood and stared at Maxima Edge. The blade shined, giving a feeling of it staring back. "This is where our world stands. We will all be fighting these... Monstrosities, for a very long time. Will it be enough to keep our factions in alliance? Will the wastelandic future I have seen be wrought by these beasts?" He grabbed the blade, laid it on a table, and sat down. "It will have to be enough. The future will not be devoid of my people or any other's." He sighed, pet Wicker, and headed off to sleep.
(Gonna advance the plot before the RP dies, so i'll take the chariot that Silver gave Venquis towards the temple) Venquis received the chariot and was taken to the main city of Lunaria, where he would be taken to investigate the strange energy that he experienced. Once arriving, he took the long trip downwards until he stood face to face infront of the temple door. What shocked him was the symbol of Sihana and many other symbols that he has seen from his long travels across the world. He closed his eyes as he felt the energy get stronger and stronger, until he could exactly calculate the time until the Kaiju would awaken. "This...was unexpected...."
Silver had gone with Venquis to the Lunarian mines, neither of them saying much. The Kaiju situation was too grave to waste time with idle conversation. When Venquis finally did speak, he was frustratingly vague. Silver sighed. "What is unexpected? What are you sensing?"
Venquis then walked up towards the door and placed his hand onto it, trying to fathom about the sheer power of what was inside. He closed his eyes to try and grasp the right energy signature, and then opened them again, his hand still on the door. "The energy is quite unique. It's like a door-handle that is locked for these creatures. Seeing how both our nations are already beginning to prepare for these creatures, and not a moment to soon, this spare time is going to help us survive. The energy is not only acting as a lock for the temple door, but is also drawing the very energy from the Kaiju themselves away from them, stripping them while they slumber. This means that they will not awaken until they all wake up, and they are extremely vulnerable in this hibernation state. That was unexpected because in their current state, they can be defeated. However, nothing we have will even cause a scratch upon it." Venquis then closed his eyes again as the symbols began to glow extremely bright. "For a rough calculation for the estimated time for the awakening, it will be between 5 to 1000 years, but is most likely going to be around...532 years, 5 months and 17 days from now." Venquis said, being extremely precise. "At our current technological state, we wont last a month. If we are to survive this, we must unite all the races and fast. "
