"She knows more than I do. That's for sure." The stuffed toy sat on SSM's back filing it's non-existant nails. "Hey, the name's Ninjakitty. Professional toy, ninja, and all around great cat." The toy hopped off of SSM and spun around on one foot. "You can all thank your friend the wannabe king for waking me up! Thank goodness too, I was afraid Lillith would die while I was out... poor thing has been traumatized since they put me into a coma. So, where is Lillith? I need to assure her I'm fine, then maybe I can get her to explain this situation a bit better to you all." He smiled up at the group.
"Why am I not surprised. First, I have this retarded spiritual guide that came out of a book inside my head. Second, I keep hearing this satanic voice that no one hears. And thirdly, I am now seeing some weird doll ninja-doll thing that moves and speaks. Somehow, I miss my vodka already." SSM said. 'wow, maybe you are going crazy.' the little pony voice told him. Out of no where, a little neon blue light traveled from Steel Skull's head to the ground, and formed a little blue pony the size of the doll. "Is this a joke?" SSM asked, "... I Have Been through hell, trying to think of ways to get you outta my head!!! And This? This Is How you Decide to leave my head?! like THIS???!!!" "does ANYONE have ANY liquor i can drink?! anyone?!"
Silver glanced over at Steel Skull, and sighed. "Wonderful. Another lunatic." He sighed, and began walking away. He had seen Midnight Dawn on the other side of the island. Maybe his old sparring partner had seen Lilith. He called back to Ninjakitty. "Hey, cat. Lilith is missing. I'm trying to find her, but I have no idea where to begin. Maybe we can help each other out."
"Missing. M******- Wait. Am I being censored? Seriously? Ugh. Silver! She's missing? Well, thanks for bringing me with you I guess. So... odds are she isn't far. Probably in an immobile state without me... poor girl." The cat walked behind a tree and then popped his head out of Silver's hair. "I'm so sorry. Was she any help at all when I was down?"
"Oh great, what to do, what to do." SSM said pacing around. 'you know what, what if, just what if...' his thoughts were cut off when a large rock fell from the ceiling and hit him on the head. 'SONOFA- thats it! it's all in my head! I just need to ignore it thats all!' Steel skull had thought to himself. He closed his eyes, concentrating on one thing, to find that girl, dead or alive. "hey, Silver. do you honestly think we will find that "girl" soon?" Steel Skull asked. as the little pony disappeared, he couldn't here the voices no longer, and had finally accepted that this is an actual world and not some dream. as his conciseness grew, he began to finally realize what was really happening. he knew he would have to set aside himself for once and start acting like the king he was. "skrew it." he said. SSM looked around, seeing no freakish doll nor stupid spirit to speak to him.
"Hate to break it to you Steel, but the creepy doll is here to stay." The toy smiled up at him. "And after all your insanity and such, your corruption is... I'd say about a 60. I'd try too be more hero, less zero, kay?"
"Oh great, now i have to deal with an annoying cat! Why do things seem to attach to me? first it was that satanic voice, then that imaginary pony, and now... a stuffed cat. i'm not crazy, i'm not. i'm different after that rock fell on my head, which reminds me, am i bleeding at all?"
"This is taking too long." Silver spoke quietly. "I know that Lilith is hiding something, and I want to what it is. I'll be back in a moment." Flying straight up, Silver sped towards the ceiling of the cave. When he was as high as he could go, he used that had been his father's favorite. "Life. Seek. Hunt. LAAS YAH NIR!!!" Instantly, his companions began to glow with a brilliant red aura. He scanned the area quickly, searching for any other signs of life. It only took him a moment to find what he was looking for. He landed, and spoke quickly. "Underwater. About five hundred feet down. The water is murky, so I can't be sure, but the size and shape are right for a pony. I hope you can swim..." Silver dove into the water and began swimming rapidly towards the whatever it was that he had seen.
"Well, time to get into action." SSM dove after Silver. 'I wander how long I can- NO! stay focused, you could be saving a life or something." Steel Skull followed Silver, trying to hold his breath for as long as he can.
Midnight watched as SSM dove into the vast body of water surrounding them after watching Silver do the same thing to save Lilith. He then looked at Ninjakitty and sighed. "Well, there's nothing else for me to do. I might as well...." he said just before flying upwards into the air before entering a nose dive into the water.
"Ah the fate of a toy. Can't get wet... Steel, Silver, Midnight, good luck, I'll be here." He sat down and looked out at the water where the three had gone in.
He could feel the pressure drop, Steel could feel his chest hurt. 'don't how long i can keep swimming.' He continued to follow Silver, noticing that they were getting closer to their objective. 'Man, I should have come more prepared. Well, if I die it will be for an actual reason.'
(Let's revive this, shall we?) After swimming for what felt like days, Silver finally reached his goal. The creature that he had seen was sitting at the bottom of the lake, almost completely covered in mud and seaweed, and not moving. He still couldn't tell whether or not it was Lilith, but it was definitely a pony. Silver grabbed the motionless pony and swam as quickly as he could for the surface.
Lillith sat on the island, holding the toy. "They thought I drowned? Weirdos. Oh well... I think... Yea, SOMEPONY was here the last time I saw this room. They might find them... I hope they don't die chasing after me though..." "I'm sure they'll be fine kiddo... Once they get back you'll tell em everything you know, right?" "Right..." Lillith looked out at the water and sighed. "How'd you get back, again?" "Silver... The guy is dark, and wearing the most corrupt jewelry I've ever seen, but... he's been doing so many thing that kill corruption, I'm pretty sure he's at 0, and that must have transfered to me somehow..." The toy laid down as best as it could in her grip. "That literally makes no sense..." The toy just shrugged in response as Lillith walked closer to the waters and looked in.
"What fun is there in making sense?" Silver appeared behind the duo, still holding the filth-covered body of the pony from the lake. "It would appear that I brought this up for nothing. This poor fool is alive, but only just. I suppose we should try to save him." As he began magically mud and water from the unknown pony's lungs, Silver looked at Lilith curiously. "I suppose I should be impressed that you managed to hide from my Aura Whisper. Nopony has ever managed such a feat before. Now that you're here, though... we need to discuss this 'Dark God.' It is difficult to hunt prey that you know nothing about."
"Yes... First rule of this realm, you can be in the same room as someone, and have no way of knowing they are there. Second rule, location means nothing. Third rule, you can't leave until he wants you to. He brings you in with some minor trick. You stay here until you've gone mad under his control or you die for the most part... You'll turn against your friends and allies... He is not prey. I hope you don't plan on hunting him, because you'll go first... Some of the books I've read talk about a... guard or something that would let us get back home, but I couldn't find it... None of those I've escorted could find it... I've seen hundreds of creatures turned against themselves over the years... This isn't my original form. It changes everytime he gets new toys... I... I want to die, but he won't let me... OH GOD! I'M GOING MAD AGAIN!" Lillith fell over, suddenly immobilized. "She... She wasn't lying. She'll be back up in a minute, but I've been a toy for most of our time here, and honestly I can't remember jack squat..." The toy sat on Lillith's side and rested it's head on it's paw. "Funny I use that name. Jack was the only one who lasted such a long time alongside Lillith. He was with her when I was made inanimate. He was so protective of her... that's probably why they got to me. She didn't need me at the time. Wow. I've never tried to think about that. It hurts my brain." It changed which paw it was resting on. "Do I even have a brain?"
Midnight, already out of the water, just sat down trying listening to the conversation. There was a talking, not to mention living, toy that was speaking to Silver. Midnight just thought about how he could get out of the realm after dealing with this god. But for now, he wished to take things at his companions pace. He had a feeling that if isolated, he would fall victim to corruption. But together...it would have meant his survival.
'Oh crap oh crap oh crap!' Blade saw Silver quickly swimming up with some form of pony. He turned and started swimming up. Blade felt like his lungs were going to pop at any moment, and he knew that was the slowest swimmer. He finally made it the small island, and was on his back coughing water and blood. The blood was from a disease he had. "I- I made it."
