"Thank you, Flanksington! Good Night!" Bone Vox switched his mic off and gave it to a roadie. The band came off the stage to thunderous applause and cheering. Rockette was with Wild who was struggling not to kiss her female boyfriend. "I'm so proud of you guys! You rocked the hell out of this place!" "If we hadn't made it a rule not to, I'd kiss you right now." Rockette giggled as Wild hugged him, trying to make it look like a best friend kind of hug. Meanwhile, Ged had no such restrictions and he and Jackpot shared a long and passionate kiss.
Once the kiss broke, and the spark began to fade away, Jackpot had a really nervous look on her face. "Um...Ged? Can I tell you something in private?"
"Sure" The two of them made their way to the green room. Once inside, Ged noticed how red Jackpot's face was. He put his arm around her and rubbed her shoulder. "What is it, babe? Is everything alright?"
Jackpot was now blushing, and had the slightest trace of tears in her milky blue eyes. It was hard to tell if these were tears of sadness or happiness, but Jackie was about to tell Ged something really deep and personal to her. "Ged...I am taking a bold step today in making a big decision to follow my heart and express my deep feelings for you. This is not a rash decision as I have taken the time to think over it carefully. We have known each other for quite some time now, and I have enjoyed all those pleasurable moments. I feel that we understand each other very well and are very compatible in many areas. I can envisage how lovely each day will be waking up with the one I love next to me." "I guess what I'm trying to say is.....Ged.....will you marry me?"
Ged suddenly felt like he had just gotten the breath knocked out of him. Did his amazingly beautiful and sweet girlfriend jut pop the question? He quickly snapped back to reality but was still breathless. All he could muster was a huge boyish grin and a nod.
Jackpot has tears of pure joy streaming from her eyes, having the most beautiful smile amongst her angelic face. She was absolutely breathless as she went to Ged and hugged the stuffings out of him, crying into his shoulder uncontrollably before entering a deep and passionate kiss. All they had to do now was just announce what just happened.
"So, yeah! She literally JUST proposed to me!" Ged's eyes were still a tad misty as the rest of Unstable patted him on the back and hoofbumped him.
Jackpot was overwhelmed with the news, all the while that Crimson came out and celebrated with Ged. After the concert, Crimson took the lucky stallion to a bar and literally everything was on her. "Congrats, man." Crimson smiled as he patted Ged on the back. "You just won yourself the love of your life."
Crim smiled at Ged. "Looks like she didn't need to have any to get the courage to ask you. Who knows, maybe the next thing she might be asking you for is a baby?"
Crimson giggled. "Don't worry, I'm sure that you defiantly will. Now....let's see where this tour takes us! Because the way that I'm seeing it now, you guys have a couple concerts to perform and a wedding to plan" Crimson then pushed an entire bottle of wine across the counter, still with a price tag on it. This bottle wasn't only special, but it was one of the most expensive bottles in the world. A centuries old bottle aged to perfection that cost nicely under a million bits. "Don't drink it all in one go, because I'm sure your fiancé wants some" Crimson teased before heading off her chair and rejoining the rest of Unstable
Between shows, Ged and Jackpot began planning their wedding. Money was not an object since Crimson had made sure the band would make plenty of it. Ged also didn't want Jackpot to have to spend a dime. (BTW, made this!)
