(???) oh my god!! An actual Veteran NCR Ranger! You guys look so cool with the Riot armor and the helmets!
"Thank you. I did have Riot armor but it's located back in my home, I keep it in a display case since I've retired." Damien replied before pulling out a large yet extremely decorated revolver. "But I do happen to have a Ranger Sequoia, the Rangers only reward you with these when you serve for over 20 years. You won't see very many of these around." Damien then began to twirl the revolver around his finger with great ease and skill. (Kinda building a scene where Taylor would soon appear)
"Trust me, this can blow a helmet and head of a Brotherhood Paladin apart, I know from experience. " Damien said as he continued to spin the revolver around and around before flipping it back into its holster. "So, what's your name ?" Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
"Nice to meet you Aran, 'Four-Eyes' eh? Wonder why they call you that?" Damien joked around before shaking Aran's hand. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
Aran: It's the nickname I got when I joined the vets. I'm one of the engineers. - - Auto Merge - - Aran: I help keep the trucks on the road and occasionally do repairs on weapons.
"Fascinating. I'm ex-ranger, and I've been involved in a personal 'crusade' against the Legion after they took something away from me. At the moment, I'm winning." Damien told Aran.
Aran: You're crusading against the legion? That's so cool! I wish I could be as awesome as you are.... (Sandy, Jenny and friends return)
"Oh, come on." Damien joked around. "I don't do these things because I try and act cool or anything like that. I do it because I made a promise and I'm doing my best in keeping it." "Say...where are the Vet's going next? Anything important occurring?" ----------------------------- Meanwhile... A woman with short brown hair and hazel eyes entered the Mojave, dressed in light gray combat armor. She was on a mission from the Brotherhood of Steel on the East Coast, attempt to reestablish communications with the West. Unfortunately, the Brotherhood in the west had all but been destroyed except in small isolated chapters which ultimately made her mission redundant. She also realized that the Brotherhood Outcasts, despite working towards this cause, never knew that the Brotherhood on the other side of the country almost ceased to exist. The young woman, about 23 years old, now decided to explore this side of America after hearing so many stories back east about it. While she would encounter some wonders and horrors, she would encounter someone that would completely stop her in her tracks.
Aran: I wouldn't know. Sandy might though Sandy: Might what? Aran: he wanted to know if we were going anywhere or doing anything important. Sandy: (to Damien) and why's that?
"I have something to do." Damien said sharply and simply. "It might affect what I'm about to do if I were to tell anybody else, cant risk anyone getting information out of you. But anyway, I might be able to accompany you guys before I reach my destination." Damien said before wondering about the two of them. "Are you heading towards Cottonwood Cove by any chance?
Damien then took his Sequoia from out of his pocket, spinning it around between his fingers until the gun was pointing towards the heavens. "Absolutely" (When it comes to gun spinning, it's basically the equivalent to this)
Sandy: well... we aren't heading there. You could however persuade a few of us to join you, for the right price of course.
"And how much are we talking about for this price?" Damien replied back Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
Sandy: let me get some guys together and tote up the numbers. Also, cause I like ya I'll give you a discount c: (goes away and comes back with three mercs) Sandy: alright, there'd normally be 2000 caps of meat here but because I don't mind not gettin' paid, it'll only be 1125. Jenny: hey, why don't we come along too? It'll be fun and we can help ya out c: Will: I'd be up for that Abbey: yeah, me too John: guess I got nothin' better to do.
"I've taken down about fifty seven different Legionary camp inside of the Mojave and inside the Legion itself, plenty of them being converted pre-war towns. From what I know, this is a slave distribution camp and a checkpoint. If I take that place out of commission, the Legion would find itself in a major disadvantage when the time comes to cross the Dam." Damien replied. "And judging from a photograph that I've seen, this should be remarkably easy."
