Week of 10/5/2015: Huey Lewis and the News, with "Heart of Rock and Roll". I want to say the version I own has a slightly longer intro, but don't quote me on that--it's been a while since I've listened to the tape. ()^_^ Also, that heartbeat sound at the end creeps me out a little.
Week of 10/12/2015: The theme from "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". My fondest memory of this song was calling into the local college's radio station when they played stuff like this, and getting to request it. Useless trivia: I use this song as the theme for one of my role-playing characters, the Batman-obsessed bounty hunter Thunderball Visello.
Week of 10/19/2015: Saigon Kick's "Love Is On the Way". ...Eh, why not? I feel like a two-fer. Week of 10/26/2015: "There Is No Time To Lose", from the Sega Genesis game Herzog Zwei.
Week of 11/2/2015: "Ordinary Girl" by China Forbes, the theme from Clueless. Useless trivia: the description for "Gormless" that I use over at Fimfiction uses my own take on the lyrics.
Week of 5/11/2020: Scott Laningham's "Monkey Motel". The kids station Radio Aahs from the 1990s had this song as part of its playlist, so I have some nice memories of this one. It wasn't until recently that I could locate it online, though.
Week of 12/28/2015 - The Punch-Out Wii Theme. I don't know if I'd technically call it the game's theme, since from what I can tell it only really plays during the Minor Circuit, but whatever.
Week of 5/18/2020: Oingo Boingo's "Forbidden Zone" in its entirety. Aside from the Dilbert cartoon's theme being derived from this, I selected the song as the de facto theme of "Taking Out the Trash", a Muffinville-centric 'fanfic' of sorts that I've been working on in my spare time.
