Swift finished her shower, wrapped herself up and opened the door. Seeing the basket, she brought it into the room and got dressed before walking out. "Hey, Rust?" she called out. "I'm done with the shower in case you need it." She looked behind her and picked up her dirty clothes and put them into the basket herself.
Rust would walk past her, with the simple quiet words, "You look nice," before he exited the door, meeting up with the other scavengers. He explained to them shortly how it was just him and Swift, but then again, he decided to take his entire team, all 29 of them with him just in case of assistance back at the clans village.
Swift walked up to one of her tribeswomen, noticing that only women and some children were there. She heard the story and started to console the woman as the events spilled from her memories. Swift shed a few tears for the loss.
"Alright, get some medical teams gather up, leave some medics here though," Rust barked out to some other Scavengers as they took off to fulfill the order. He looked to his rifle and realized he only had three rounds in it, so he reloaded it, getting ready to move out. He looked around for Swift until finding her, and seeing she was upset about something. Rust would call her name, and toss the weapon she used at the fort to her, "Get ready, we leave in ten." he simply said, as if there was no worry for him as he walked off.
Swift, grateful for the clean clothes, inspected the weapon, then made sure it was fully loaded. She went over to the other Scavengers ready to go. She pulled out and sharpened her knife waiting.
"Alright, you sure we can trust her-" "She helped us save our mares, she's trustworthy," Rust argued with another scavenger, "Besides, she has to lead us to her clan or else we can't help at all." "Alright shut up both of you," The commander looked to Swift, "Ma'am, we need you to get us to your own village."
Swift closed her eyes for a second before starting out, looking back to make sure they were following her. She picked up her pace as she felt the emergency hoping to find at least one thing.
The Scavengers followed behind Swift at her pace, keeping up with her and making sure nothing was going to attack the group and the medicals teams. Rust was beside Swift, making sure she was kept safe.
Swift slowed down a little bit when she saw that others were having trouble keeping her pace. She continued in the direction of her tribes last location. As she neared her destination, she slowed down, in case any enemies were there.
