Eluuna daintily walked into the bright sunshine with her eyes sparkling. She absolutely adored her job, despite the long hours. She walked over the the fruit stand and bought two apples, one for now, and one for later. She slipped the second one into her saddlebag, and munched on the other one quietly, while watching a pegasus saunter up to a mysterious newcomer pony. "I wonder what his special talent is," she thought.
Delphinium was about to comply to his customer's request when he felt (and heard) his stomach rumbling beneath him. Embarassed, he said "Ah...I'll have to find something to eat soon. Ah! Here we go!" Pulling out a large blue pot containing a blue flower, he said "This little beauty is my namesake. Genuine blue delphinium flower; grew them all myself." His stomach rumbled again and he blushed beneath his fur. "Erm, they're not exactly bred for eating either..."
Delphinium looked absolutely horrified. "Why would anypony even THINK of eating such a beautiful flower?" His stomach rumbled again, and he slammed a hoof down in frustration. "Well, if you have a lot of those in a garden..." he shook his head. "Nope. Just a moment, please. I'm going to go make myself some nettle stew real flast."
Snow rolled her eyes at that, why did everypony refuse to eat it! No wonder it was kept in the family, no pony would ever use it for its true purpose, that of being able to cure virtually illness and provide tons and tons of needed nutrients, "Suit yourself." she said. She opened her saddlebags and levitated out a flask and drunk from it, before replacing it.
Finishing her apple, Eluuna stretched and trotted over to the bakery of which she owned. She walked in the back room, took the kettle in her mouth, filled it with water, and put it on the stove. Then, she reached into her cupboard and brought out mason jars filled with flour, many different berries, and sugar, among other things. She then began to mix the dough for her new type of birthday cake.
As Haze approached the town, she counted her bits- She had twenty of them. She had enough money for some yummy sunflowers, a little wheat and a pint of water to go down with it. The grocery store came into view as she reached the town centre. As she crossed over to the shop, she noticed a wagon that hadn't been there before, and a strange looking pony she hadn't seen around. She looked at him for a few seconds, then thought nothing of it. He was just passing through- And Haze'd never been one for meeting new people, without an awkward ordeal, that is. She continued to the store, picked the few things up, and continued to self checkout.
Max was happily cleaning his 14th chimney, a smile on his face along with the happy tune he whistled. He looked down the clean chimney and smiled even wider. "Ah! Wha' a beautiful day ta clean the chimneys!" He jumped down from the top and trotted over to the edge, where he sat down, looking over the town. He could see a flower shop a few feet away. "Hmmm... i guess i' wouldn' mattah if i took a stroll on over there and checked, would i'?" With that said, he started climbing down the wall of the building. Once his hooves met the ground, he started a happy stroll towards the shop, dust building up behind him as he trotted happily towards the shop.
Firebreeze looked towards the street clock and decided it was te to get back to training. He flew out of his seat and into the sky, doing flips and tricks all the way.
Haze exited the shop, munching on some daisies she'd just purchased. she packed the rest of her shopping away into her messenger bag, and threw it over her shoulder. Her shopping done, she back off home. As she walked past Darkshine's house, Haze stopped and considered calling on him, to see if he wanted to do something. Haze'd been locked up in her room the last few days, having a bit of a lazy week, and It'd be nice to perhaps catch up. She walked up to the door and lifted a hoof to knock... But then, her appearance had been unscheduled, what if he was busy? Maybe Haze should just come back another day...
Firebreeze happily flew through the sky, with no goals but to have fun. He scaled up the city hall, then back flipped off, still maintaining flight. Hr gave out a cheerful laugh as he flew.
After pulling out her third cake of the day, Eluuna smiled, and set them on the counter. She sat in her chair and began leafing through her version of Jane Mare. Business was slow once again. She shrugged, and locked up the bakery. It was a Sunday anyway. She then started to run, and leapt into the air, flying towards her best friend Pinkie Pie's house.
He still sat there studying this pony. He caught a glimpse of his cutie mark, and had figured that he was some skrt of musician, and that raised even more questions: Was he famous? What did he play? What was his name? He decided to wait awhile before he would even think of talking to this supposed new arrival
Suddenly, Eluuna halted in the sky. She didn't want to go to Pinkie's anymore. She was looking for peace. Fluttershy was who she needed. Doing a flip in the air, she headed to her cousin's tree.
Dark Shine looked around as the knock rang through the cloud loud and clear. "Huh, what?" He fell over before running off to the door. He opened it to see Haze. "Haze! How have you been? Nice seeing you!" he smiled as he held the door open for her to come in,
Fire decided he'd trained enough for the day and thought of friends he could visit to keep him from getting bored. 'Maybe Darkshine... Haven't seen him in awhile.' And with that, he made his way to Darkshine's cloud home.
"Hey! Thanks..." Haze stepped inside, Brushing her hooves on the door mat. "Just thought I'd come see ya, wondered if you'd like to do something- that is, unless you've got something planned for today..."
Dark Shine shrugged. "Just planning on at some stage or another, giving the new pony a welcome. Waiting for Pinkie to show up first. Dont want to spoil her fun after all. So no, I have nothing planned!" He smiled. "Would you like a drink?"
Eluuna stopped flapping and spread her wings, slowly falling from the sky. She landed and trotted up to her cousins door. She knocked three times softly. No answer. She sighed and knocked again. Still no answer. Shrugging, Eluuna flew back to Ponyville, and landed in the sqaure. ( Who is playing Pinkie? She has to do her welcome. XD. )
