"Huh interesting turn of events here. Well Grid if you feel like staying atop this mountain until after the battle then by all means. Last I checked though I was the Supreme Grand Master here and you where nothing more than a scout that has to follow my orders." says Rashall looking at Grid. "Snow forget about him if he wishes to stay here in the cold until we return let him. Maybe it will open his eyes a little, but you on the other hand will be under my training and care." says Rashall shifting his gaze.
Grid moved his hoof in recoil and glanced at the ground. Slowly looking up with nothing but a blank stare. "I apologize for my approach, but I don't apologize for not wanting to fall off the side of a mountain." He said with a wavering tone. His stern look of indifference began to soften. He looked at her seeing the pain and anger in her eyes. "I do believe I am the one wrong here." He said to himself as he looked towards the ground. "Oh.. and you know why I have only been marking targets?" his head continued hang towards the ground "it's not my job to enter combat, My job was to scout the anomaly without bloodshed, from me anyway. She never said anything about helping" He began to smile as he got to the last sentence, which was clear that he said it to himself. Looking at Rashall he admitted defeat and submissivly followed.
Angel was VERY uncertain of how to respond to that. She put on a smile and said to Rashall, "So! strategy? location? can we have any other info of what were about to do here?" She tried despretly NOT to send an arrow through grid for putting poor snow through all that while she had helped-and problably saved-their entire team.
Edge had been sleeping on his tent for quite awhile because of his recent attack he had wasted all of his energy he started to groan and his eyes quickly opened and shot tight up. He groaned and grabbed his head he smelled the air and felt the wind "this isn't the hill," he said, "It fells like I am on a mountain," he quickly got out of his tent and completely noticed that he was on a mountain. Edge was flabbergasted "Where are we!" Edge yelled.
Snow heard Edge yell, " Oh, we're only ontop of a mile tall mountain that droppes off steeply to all sides, and we're about to go attack the leader of the army that just tryes to destroy us, don't worry about it." she said jokingly sarcasicly to him.
Grid walked over to the edge of the cliff and sat there. He turned around towards Angel, "You know what Angel, i'd deserve it." He said pointedly. He looked at Edge, "Mornin sleepy flank." he said in a unemotive voice.
Edge groaned and looked at his sniper and remembered to see he did not have his ear phones he moaned and sat on a flat rock he then heard Grid's bland voice "Well nice to see Grid doing his bland act," he said. He got out his rock and grabbed his sniper "Well! Lets kill that leader! And cut off his head as a trophy," he laughed.
Grid happens to notice something blue just below him over the cliff's edge. Nightshift is hanging from the side, one of his Nano-sledges buried in the stone. Gripping the handle with both hooves he looks up at Grid smiling slightly and says... "... Little help?"
Snow paced around the camp, every so often shooting off a short range spell for practice, she noticed Grid reaching down to grab something and she went over to help. She grabbed Grid's legs and dragged him back, and saw Nightshift get dragged over. "Oh hey Nightshift!"
"Much obliged..." says Nightshift as he regains his hooves and dusts himself off. "You were having such an interesting conversation up here, I didn't want to interrupt." Unsheathing the other nano-sledge, he nods to Rashall. "Sir. Ready to move out on your command."
Grid got off the ground and looked around watching the ponies around him. Grid reached in his satchel and pulled out a puzzle and began to solve it. "Well, time to pass time while I wait." he said to himself.
Brave Cape reflected on all that was said and happened, and he could say was: Brave "A small mission... Perfect!" When the other ponies looked at him awkwardly, he knew his words were misplaced. Brave "Oh... I mean a small scale mission. I'm not really the one for front lines." He smiles strangely. Brave tried to said the next words without a sarcastic tone. Rashall's title always seemed to be too exaggerated for him: Brave "So, Supreme Grand Master, where and when are we headed off?"
NOTICE: I will be gone beginning March 10th until March 17th on vacation in Oregon and thus will not be able to post until I get back. There are currently two options that I can choose from either one is good enough for me. One is that I will choose TWO ponies from the RP to give instructions to in order for the RP to continue, if no one approaches me voluntarily then I will simply pause the RP until I get back on the 17th and depending on the time I get back. PM me if you wish to be one of the two to continue the thread, that is all.
(Finally, its the 17th, that was a long week for this RP, almost got buried. This really is just to bring it back up to the top, sooo yea.)
sorry to say this but this RP is going to be put on hold for at least two more days. Reason being my grandma on my fathers side died before spring break and the funeral is Monday at ten. We are leaving tomorrow at around 12:00 pm in order to get there. just keep bumping the thread up so it stays near the top.
