Tell me, I'm not the only one here who likes this series, am I? 6.6 It's really quite a good read - matter of fact I think Greg reminds me of myself, in my middle-school days! I've read both the books AND the original web version.

It's been forever, but I've read the first two. They were pretty good.

Still haven't seen either of the movies, since I'm sure they screwed things up. And I don't have money.

The first movie wasn't so bad in my opinion though.
The second wasn't as great. But still, both were more than watchable in my opinion :D

If I'm not mistaken, the next book will be the first one with completely original content, is that right? Or is there something, perhaps, that hasn't jumped from web to print yet? I think most everything's been covered.

My dad and I both read the books. Which is kind of strange as my dad is kind of the stereotypical grumpy old guy who doesn't like most things made within the last two decades... including most kids.

The first movie was alright, I thought the second one was hilarious though. Still not quite as good as the books, but definitely enjoyable.

The second was really good, I agree!
It's just I somewhat feel the first was better :p
The second one was funnier than the first though, I'll admit XD

If I can, I'm going to buy both films - only I don't know if I should wait for the double-bill set to arrive, or..

My little brother always tried to get me to read the books, but I never gave them a try. But I took him to see the first movie when it came out and it was a lot better than I expected.

Definitely read the books sometime, at least the first one or two; they're hilarious. I'll let you borrow them sometime if I can find where I put them.

@Thanapony- I think I get what you mean. The first one was more similar to what life during Junior High was actually like. The second one's more ridiculous, but that adds more humor. So I guess it just depends which you prefer as to which movie you like better.
