    EDIT: After i turned down my Digital Vibrance (From 100% to 50%) the colors had a bit more... natural look. I just cleaned up the pic and now it's ready to be animated. Left is old, Right is new.

    Hmm, the size is... not really true, in comparison with Fluttershy's one... And the anim seems a tad bit more complicated... I am happy.

    If you're using gimp you can do it directly in that, easier then getting a seperate program

    @Jaret, maybe try animating the ears a little to make it seem a little livelier (sort of like in the fluttershy anim)
