Yes, she does look like Fluttershy. I tried to change it but she doesn't seem right if I change her design.

<--- As you can see, my OC is this colt right here! His name is Zephyr Wind and he hails from Cloudsdale. I'm still working out the kinks in his backstory and personality, so bear with me. If you see anything wrong or just stupid, please point it out. Zephyr Wind is a quiet pegasus colt who was in the same Flight school class as Rainbow and Fluttershy. He had no real desire to excel in his classes, always preferring to glide lazily on updrafts then practice pinpoint turning or speed and agility courses. Because of this, he was teased by the older colts, even by Rainbow Dash from time to time, as they thought he was too scared to really use his wings. This wasn't true of course, Zeph only preferred gliding high in the sky than zipping to and fro. He enjoyed the feeling of the wind gently lifting him and the feel on a strong gust. He knew all the finer details of how the wind worked. He even had the uncanny ability to control it, though he keeps that fact a secret. During his time at school his greatest friend was Fluttershy, who was also teased by the bullies. Because of Fluttershy's friendship with Rainbow, Zeph and her were able to get along well enough. After graduating flight school, he moved to Ponyville, where he now works as a junior patrolman for the EERS (Equestrian Emergency Response Squadron), soaring high above the land and patrolling for any disturbances or emergencies. He also helps Fluttershy whenever possible if she needs help with her animals. As for his personality, he always keeps an relaxed outlook on life. Not much gets to him, except for loud-mouthed, obnoxious ponies. He idolizes The Wonderbolt Soarin for his relaxed and friendly demeanor. He also harbors a secret crush on Fluttershy, though he wonders if he should tell her. That's all I have right now, feedback would be appreciated. I'm no good at drawing ponies, so I'm eagerly awaiting Virgil's completed one shot of Zephy.
Cadence Blue Uploaded with ImageShack.us This is my OC. I essentially created her with things I have in my life. Cadence is a musical term, and music is a huge part of my life. Blue is my favourite colour. I'm cheeky sometimes and enjoy bad jokes and come-ons. Cadence is friendly, funny, and just a good time. I'm still working on how she came to be. I hope this is okay.
Looks and sounds good. Creating OCs using personal preferences and traits is a great way at going about it as it helps in connecting with your character(s). I like you a lot already. =P
I think it's just easier to use information I have about people or myself and draw from there. I could always just draw existing ponies. Hooray! Blue buddies!!
I plan on posting an update of Azure soon, complete with a re-written bio/history. I've also made a few very minor tweaks to his design, mainly his eyes(to better reflect his personality) and his tail. *brohoof*

In his story, he is magically transported to Equestria and transformed into a pony, but he still retains some of his fox qualities, hence the tail. 2. Chocolate Sprinkles, whose picture I seem to have misplaced... A young feminine boy unicorn who is often mistaken for a girl. He moved to Ponyville with his sister, Coco Sprinkles, shortly after their parents' death. He works in a chocolate shop with his sister, and although he is young, he already has his cutiemark, which is a group of chocolate sprinkles. I hope to write about them sometime...

Brohoof for that. That's what I did with my pony as well. Azure is yet another incarnation of my main OC, Azul. Azure Krash is his third incarnation, after the human and anthropomorphic Wolf; Only thing that remains constant his his hairstyle. Sorry for rambling on about my own character. Whenever I see someone doing something similar, I always have to chime in. Guilty.
In my defense, Matt has been my -sona for six years and has always been a fox. =P It's something I don't feel right leaving out of him. Thanks for the compliments. I might get around to drawing more OCs, since I have ideas for 'em.
Here's a plain unicorn for a change. Plain save for the unusual cutie mark maybe, that is. And with next to no work put into him. More or less a draft just to have something to show. Didn't put that much work into the "drawing" itself which is basically 100% Pony Creator, but I don't want to change anything before the next version comes out. As you can see, I didn't want to make another Celestia-sized superequine. The colours are inspired by the Roland Jupiter-8 synth. Dark grey coat (I decided against a jet black one, that'd look weird and too dark), orange mane and tail; he wears the latter long. The cutie mark is a pulse wave with a pulse width of 33% and follows the Rule of Three like so many cutie marks do. It symbolises Pulse Wave's knack for electronic music. I made it in Inkscape and edited it into the final image with Gimp. Don't expect anything fancier from me, I'm not into digital art, and I haven't drawn anything for so long that my drawing skills are unknown territory which I don't want to know if I want to explore. Background story shall be posted elsewhere.
Just going to dump the base sprite from the other thread here, Got the whole Saiyan hair thing going on for him where it looks exactly the same from the day he's born throughout his entire life. Never a need for a mane cut ever as it never grows. Something's been bugging me about his cutie mark lately in that it doesn't make much sense in relation to his talents as a flyer. I'm going to change it completely into something a bit more fitting, but I'm having trouble doing so on my own. Anyone wanna pitch some ideas?
Oh Blu_cup, now THAT SPRITE is what i call Sprite-mastery. It is that clean, i adore it. The colors and the pose are adorable. You should try to make an template like that.
Thank you, I don't normally work with sprites of this size as they very rarely ever turn right. I could do a template sure, but then I'd run the risk of people accusing me of doing simple traces of things made in the pony creator, and that's something I've been trying to avoid since first starting my templates.
