You just reminded me that he's extremely similar to a video game character that I made back when I was 11 and still use today. Development hell sucks. The main character controls Darkness and Fire and is considered a nuclear god due to his never-ending powers. That attack is purely new to my series, but it's a good idea to implement for a character that'll obviously die (original controller of fire, very interesting and long story).
They can't just legitimately like each other even though they're of different worlds? About that chart, if Earth is more or less "basic," then what would latent Earth genes manifest in? Weak flyer but stronger?
Derpy: Not really. As a pegasus in FiM is basically an earth pony with wings, I'd assume that the children are merely more prone to have earth pony babies. So the weak flyer thing is probably another subject concerning the physical character of the parents. Fluttershy's a pegasus, and yet she has the connection to the earth that usually earth ponies have. A parental quality? Considering she lives in Cloudsdale (i.e. no earth pony genes), I guess not. Another point: I assume that genetics favors parental variation over inbreeding, you can tell pure bloods of all kinds have a few problems, and FiM ponies are no exception. For example, in a lineage of unicorns with consanguineous marriages, AKA induced inbreeding, I believe its members can show genetic disorders, from the common ones (weak body constitution, etc) to the psychic ones - for example: if I can remember, in Harry Potter series, the pure-blood wizards often show an almost insane behaviour towards situations, from the smallest to the biggest, which leads to the fact that the magic in their bloodline leads to madness which can be passed to the next generation. Also, in an anime series named Elfen Lied, a new species of humanoid named Diclonius shows signs of madness due to genetic features, which leads to the theory that insanity is genetical (tough this is not 100% accurate).
I honestly never expected that this thread, or any on this forum for that matter, would stray into a genetic discussion based on animated characters and that would use other fictional character as evidence. lol Sent from my ERIS using Tapatalk
Sonic Colors actually seems like they're on a path to a brighter future, but yeah most games after the genesis era save a few are really, really bad
Sonic 2006 wants to speak with you. Anyway, Sonic Generations might be a good game, but it's not for Nintendo or a prototype console that I'm thinking about.
It's fairly simple really, just use the theory of muffin relativity n=mp^P n= number of muffins m= mass of muffins p= pony constant P= number of portals at your disposal
Tell that to the guy who made the genetic chart! xDDDD I just complemented it! (it also helps to avoid MarySues and overpowered characters, so the fandom can be enjoyable) Oh, sorry. I just couldn't help but remember Sonic after I saw "sonic" so many times. xDD And just after I discovered Sonic Rainboom breaks the sound barrier (I didn't notice this), I noticed why Sonic is called Sonic. And nothing beats the most original classic cartoon of Sonic - you know, the one in which he acts like Road Runner. Or maybe the Mario&Sonic crossover.
Someone say Sonic cartoon? (not the original but....)
Niether (tough I'm older than you). I only knew about this cartoon because I saw it at Nostalgia critic. Derpy: Is muffin 42?
