Scale's dragon turned to him and started to turn, however, it's hind legs and tail seemed immobile. "I hit it's spine... Ouch." Scale's horn sparked brown as he fired a shot, which hit the dragon in the neck. As the cannonball exploded, the rocks above the dragon's head shook as if they were in an earthquake. The started to fall on it's head, efficiently cracking it's neck when combined with the explosion. It fell, it's neck almost in a perfect right angle, and shook the cave slightly. "Too easy..." Scale smirked and walked up to the dragon.
Equinox hacks a third leg immobilizing it, then knocked it out with a crossbow butt to the head, then put a muzzle & steel net on it, entangling it,"alright, now to find the female..."
"Good thing you kept that one alive... I don't think this guy's gonna make it." Scale kick's the paralyzed dragon's snout. "Oh well." He places the cannon on the dragon's forehead and puts it out of it's misery, thus launching himself to Equinox's position. "Alright... wasn't there supposed to be a third?"
"Yeah, there's a tunnel over there...", equinox says, pointing to a merge opening, then walking over to the dead drake, & starting to skin it
"Wow... you'd think it would have come to the help of it's friends when it heard the ex... plos..... ion.... Oh boy..." Scale looked at the opening as he spoke and the third dragon emerged. (i really hope the dragon is "oh boy" worthy >.<)
(It's a female, but it's pissed upon seeing the trapped & dead other 2) equinox stopped when she saw the new hornless black drake enter, & shot a steel bolt at it, but it hit it off to the side with its tail,"damn!"
"I think this could be a bit harder." Scale fires a shot at the top of the opening, causing it to collapse, but the dragon had moved out of the way before they hit her. "Alright then." He prepares to fire another shot, but the dragon uses her tail to throw rocks at him, forcing him to jump out of the way.
Equinox teleported behind her to set up a flanking position, & readied her scimitar, then it turned solariums to face equinox, hitting her with its tail & equinox falls back with 2 parallel cuts diagonally on her chest
"nope, nope, nope." Scale's horn sparked brown as he fired a shot at the creature's face, hitting it's muzzle. A wall of rock grew between Equinox and the dragon, who turned to Scale. "Come get some!"
Equinox slowly got up, & started hitting the stone,"scale, l-let me through... I can st-still fight!", equinox said, coughing
Scale shook his head. "I can let her go right... It was just so she didnt get hurt while she was down... yup, totally." he whispered to himself before the wall crumbled in front of Equinox.
The dragon ignored the hit, although it stuck into her leg, and continued to charge at Scale. It started limping with the injured leg, and Scale noticed it with a smirk. Blue sparks erupted from his horn suddenly and as the dragon put down the injured leg, it sank deep into mud, which quickly dried around it. "Don't think that'll last long, we should take her out!" He aimed for it's eyes.
Scale fired his shot. "Sorry dragon... this one is gonna hurt. A LOT." The dragon blinked moments before the shot hit it's right eye, and the explosion completely blinded it's left eye and almost destroyed the right one. The explosion's power moved Equinox down the dragon's scaled back slightly.
Equinox climbed back up & twisted her scimitar in it's neck then hopped off with the blade in her hoof,"let's go with them...", she said coughing holding her other hoof over her chest
The dragon roared faintly before thrashing about causing rocks to fall on its back, crushing it. "That was almost anticlimactic... Are you gonna be okay?"
"Nope. Nope, nope, nope. You, come here." Scale slid under her and stood up, thus carrying her on his back. "You are not doing any work that will make that flow worse. We'll send someone to come get the dragon, I'm taking you to get that dealt with." He closed his eyes and whispered something too low to be heard. "My brother is coming to pick up the creature, we move, now." He started walking out of the cave.
"They'll deal with that when they see them. I didn't feel like telling the royal guards that you fought three dragons and got injured." Scale grunted as he carried her. "HEY! I remember you!" Scale sighed happily as he turned to the voice seeing the deer. "Yes, I'm sure you do. We need medical help. Soon. Think you can help?" Scale motioned to Equinox. "She pregnant or something?" Scale just stared at the deer.
