"Oh, right. C'mon, my herd isn't far from here. We got some good coverings for that." He smiled and started off away from them. Scale quickly started after. "Any questions while we go, it's a pretty boring walk dude." (yes, he's an oddity amongst the deer since he is not only fluent in pony, but is also a surfer dude at heart >.<)
"Since she doesn't seem interested, I'll ask a few... Like, why did you think she was PREGNANT?" The deer shrugs. "Last I saw her, you were guarding her, you asked specifically for food and a blanket, and she was asleep. I figured you were protecting your mate and unborn kid. My bad dude." He shrugs and laughs. Scale just sighs and continues following him.
"She okay dude?" "Uhm... I think so, but maybe we should run the rest of the way." Scale and the deer nod in agreement and start running, quickly coming to the camp of the deer's herd. After a quick explanation, Equinox was taken away to a tent to be patched up and let her recover.
(okay, I get it, also sorry about so many "?" It requires 10 things to post a message >.<) Scale snored at Equinox's side, having fallen asleep moments ago after having been contacted by his brother about the dragons being dealt with. The living one was in temporary care in a specialized location outside of Canterlot. the dead ones were sold to bidders to build a new museum, specializing in the varying creatures of Equestria.
Equinox jumped upon seeming scale next to her, but then just leaned against him for warmth, & fell back to sleep
Scale woke up and smiled at Equinox holding onto him. "Wait, no... I can't." he thinks. He stands up carefully, and walks outside to see the sun rising. He takes a deep breath in and savors the clean air. He always liked nature and it's balance, and it's lack there of, but found society was easier to control his talent of destruction in.
(this is gonna be fun) A child deer was standing over Equinox when she woke. He spoke quietly in his language, then pointed to her horn and the starting of his antlers, knowing that she probably didn't understand him.
Equinox thought she knew what he meant, she pointed to her horn, then it glowed bluish-orange, & levitated some rocks
His eyes grew big as he watched the levitating rocks, then rushed out of the tent spewing seemingly random words in a happy tone. A few seconds later Scale walked into the tent. "Um... did you do that?"
