    I know it was supposed to be a kids show, but I tend to over analyze some things. This is one of them. I saw snakes not far away from mice in one episode. So if the snakes are herbivores, how did they come to be? Also, if none of the animals eat other animals, what's preventing overpopulation? Wouldn't the sentient life in Equestria be overrun with herbivorous animals and not have any food themselves? Something here doesn't add up

    i'd think that there are enough meat-eaters out there. The Everfree Forest can be quite a dangerous place, and it's probably not the only one...
