For some reason, I find Twilight's little speech at the end to Spike was pretty heartwarming. Even after all that he's done, Twilight still cares about Spike deeply. If I were Spike, I probably would have felt I didn't deserve to be Twilight's partner anymore and ran away in order to not hurt her anymore. When she said that Spike was her #1 friend, that kind of threw me for a curve. To be honest, I wish that scene went more like this: Now THAT would have produced brony tears. lol
I thought the episode was good. It did keep me laughing in some parts of the episode. Like when Spike try to Ask the guy who owns a Quill/Sofa Store. " Sorry, junior. All out of quills till monday....Need a Sofa?" And when Spike tries to ask pinkie pie for a quill but she keeps giving him all the wrong stuff but we all know she was just horsing around. <--- Lol pun.
