Also, I don't like the animation or the style. "Oh Twilight Sparkle, Friendship is magic. Go into an unknown portal without your best friends and make some new ones that are anthro duplicates of your current ones." High hopes? Nope. Am I gonna watch this? Well, of course I am. While Im kind of looking forward to it. I don't think it's going to come out in the uk as we don't even have the tv series so that the parents and the little kids can understand what's going on. So I guess I'll have to wait until the YouTube release.

So, let's do this in pros/cons fashion: pro: design isn't so desperately bad, and looks fairly ok. con: Whole things sounds like it'll be typical high school prom queen story pro: The Amazing World of Gumball is greatly based around high school stories and they make it hilarious con: this is Hasbro we're talking about, not CN pro: same voice actors, and Twilight's wings don't look broken, but rather normal con: Twilight's still alicorn which will rustle fandom's jimmies pro: new characters that could add something interesting in he whole story con: new characters that could ruin everything pro: seems like mane characters will have their personality con: Twilight has a boyfriend?! I see there will be interesting reactions in fandom about that. pro: still, same story writers as FiM con: Hasbro is their boss and they mostly care about their primary target audience (hint: bronies are secondary audience) <geek-note> While Hasbro is toy company that makes cartoons as side job, and CN cartoon company that makes toys as side job, CN has better quality and more show accurate toys than Hasbro</geek-note> so, in conclusion, EQG can be as successful as it can be failure. One things is for sure: Croatia Bronies will have meetup when it comes in cinema in Europe, and we'll see what Hasbro's been doing.
Agreed. I still think they could have been better though. I'm not a fan of the outfits. And the design is almost too detailed, I like the simplicity of the FiM artwork. For instance I think Rainbow Dash's hair would've been better if they kept it the same rather than so many thin streaks. Anyway, it looks promising, I'll definitely watch it and probably like it
