I'm not familiar with that show the Anime shows I watch are Bleach, all four shows from the Dragon Ball series, One Piece and both shows from the Naruto series.
I could probably whip up a decent list of anime for you. In the mean time, I can't wait for the EqG home release. (Though discreetly buying it and keeping it a secret from my roomie is another issue all together)
It is a great movie, and I admit before I saw it I was like, "this movie will be awful." but it wasn't it was a very nice, fluffy, sweet movie. :3
I watched part of the first episode. It's not that bad. What really turned me off is that they gave everyone's skin and hair pony colors instead of deciding what color Twilight's skin would be if she was a human.
You said that you "watched part of the first episode." As it was a movie, and not a series, I'm just trying to figure out what the heck you watched.
I've seen the movie three times so far and you can bet i'm going to watch it again on Sunday when it premires on The Hub.
Aha. And before that, many people were convinced it'd be a toyline, as a result of a Trademark Application form, identifying it as "Toy ponies and accessories for use therewith". Not a lot of information was released at that time- I thought it'd be a toy line myself. My heart was thoroughly crushed. xP - - Auto Merge - - Ah, here we are; http://www.equestriadaily.com/2012/12/new-toyline-on-way-equestria-girls.html Seems Seth was pretty convinced, himself.
Then don't watch it five times? I watched the first 20 minutes. It's not that bad from what I saw. I need to watch the rest. Probably this week sometime.
I think I'm gonna need the help of one of my internet idols for this: "Desperate is the perfect word to describe this movie! It throws every single post-2000 high school cliche, every forced cameo they can think of, every tired "fish out of water" gag and every horrible pop song in the sad hopes of getting someone to like this movie...and not one of those things works! The plot makes no sense, it celebrates vapid shallowness over independence and tomboyism, it has little to do with Ponies, and the stuff that does have to do with Ponies is a complete slap in the face! If I were you, I'd skip this commercialized piece of tie-in trash and stick to the actual show, thank you very much!"
dont judge, it was dark and she missed. my fault though. i moved cause i thought she was off but nope, she was spot on.
