Tyro treads carefully around the machine as it quietly hums to itself. You can imagine that he was expecting cameras to appear from nowhere. For someone to pop-out with a soulless black eye to capture him in his shame for people to turn into a remix somewhere. It'll be the 'I like turtles' kid and the dumb-struck Brony right at the top of everyone's laughing stock list right? He did look around but all he could see were guns and body armour for about half a minute. There was only one way of checking how genuine this all was. Tyro grabbed a pistol quickly from one of the weapon stores. He was genuinely freaked at actually holding a real weapon in his hands for the first time having never been around such things growing up in England. He figured the American's here were using them as Bottle Openers long before this moment but he shoved all those thoughts aside for a moment while placing it gingerly in a holder under his fleece he had just put on. A few extra cartridges of bullets and he ought to be set. Now...This was the part where Youtube could have a field day. He'd try and leap through the portal. 1...2.......2 and a half...2...and..Oh stuff it... He leaps curling himself up as he flies through the rift and collapses with the others in Equestria. He's in a painful heap but he's here. After picking himself up for the second time today, Tyro meets all the eyes around him. So, maybe this was real? It hadn't set in quite yet... "Hi..."
"Ah, welcome Tyro." Allen said before reexplaining the rules to him. "So, anyone want to look at Ponyville?" he asked, holding out a pair of binoculars.
Shawn continued to look out the window, but then he thought of something. "So...hold on. If this is actually Equestria, and the characters here are real, than where do people like Lauren Faust, Tara Strong, and Ashleigh Ball fit in?"
"yeah , Ill borrow the binoculars (grabs binoculars) seems like it's the start of school I see some foals going into the schoolroom and hold on what's doctor whooves doing. I guess he really is like the fanom version".
Allen laughed, "You really think that they could get away with this!" he said, motioning to the world around them, "So, instead they found some people who were really good at voice mimicry, add some electronic help, and poof, you get 'voice actors'. And Lauren Faust just decides what episodes are going to be like from the film I give her."
Shawn chuckled. To think that one of his favorite shows of all time was basically a fan dub of a reality show! "I wonder what they would think if they saw themselves on TV. Or...saw each other. It'd be like Ponyville Confidential all over again."
"We took the nessacary precautions to prevent that from happening." Allen said, "Oh, and did you know I pretty much control what film is seen? Eeyup, I spend hours each week sorting through film, and deciding what is appropriate to send to Faust. From there she makes the episodes, and she then sends it to Hasbro for final approval, Hasbro by the way has no clue what exactly is going on."
(sorry for being late) Juan entered the portal that was in the lab and quickly saw Allen and the rest of the team hiding. He joined them and began to look around the place. He couldn't believe that he was in Equestria! He never believed that he would be in the show he loved so much, but not to a gross point. Holding a very unmanly squee, he began to calm himself down and said "So, what are we suppose to do now?"
Allen turned to Juan, "Now? Now we watch. You are currently watching Equestria from the angle of one of my cameras." he said pointing to a small camera on the roof of the blind.
Shawn cast a sly glance at Allen. "Do you by any chance have access to a world inhabited by giant transforming robots?"
Allen laughed, "No, no I don't. I barely have enough time between deciding film for MLP and my own research to do so. That was my fathers job."
Allen handed a pair of binoculars to Kyle, "Oh, and you may find some very fimilar ponies out there." he said slyly.
Kyle tapped his chin. Familiar... Hmm... Nice choice of words. He decided to take a look around the skies of Ponyville, to see if he could spot Rainbow Dash at work. Which he did. Wasn't really hard, just look for the only one who has a rainbow for a mane.
"I don't mean by the ones you see in the show. Want to know how I find out about you guys? I found you through a certain website, one by the name of everypony. I am the face behind SnowM." Allen said, "Your OC's exist, they are real, and they live their own lives." Allen pointed in a direction, "That way is the house of Snow Mark, where she is often found relaxing in her garden."
Kyle looked at allen, his eyes wide. "D-d-Dark Shine exists?!" He intantly moved the location of the binoculars to where Dark Shine's house would be located. Sure enough, it was there. He looked into the window. Dark Shine was curled up, in a ball, sleeping on a cloud bed. "wow..." He thought for a moment. "Do they know we exist?"
My OC lives in Canterlot...but he occasionally makes trips to Ponyville... "Hand me a pair of binoculars." If I know Quill, and I do since I made him, there's one of two places he'd be. He scanned the area, trying to find Carousel Boutique or the Library.
Jake was looking through the binoculars. "theres cobraheart and wait who's the mare wait thats silver lining I should know it's his soon to be wife and that shes going to give birth to fireheart
"You guys want to get a closer look? There's an abandoned house inside Ponyville that I can easily sneak you guys into right now, but we must hurry."
