"Sorry, sorry, sorry!" Tyro said, holding his hands up. "This is all really cool. This is staggeringly amazing and I'm excited to even been given the trip to America but we're kinda skipping over quite big issues here, aren't we?" He begins to count them off. He holds up his first finger. "One: At what point did you or whoever manage to leap from one entire universe to another?" He adds another. "Two: Was 'The Truman Show' just a list of instructions for you? Why do you trust any of us not to expose you?" He adds a final finger. "Three: We have the technology to leap to another universe but not to disguise ourselves as ponies or something less conspicuous?" He'd probably relax if he got a few answers. Then he'd happily wonder around Ponyvile. Maybe even frolic if the mood took him but right now he needed a little more just to calm him.
Allen cleared his throat, "1: I discovered the technology about 5 years ago, I found Equestria, and then through a sieres of events I got MLP FIM put on the air. 2: I do not watch this 'Truman Show' so I would not know, but trust is a very important virtue that all of you possess, that is why I selected you. 3:I work on teleportation, not bodily change. It would take years more of research and devolpment to devolp that. But there is one certain pony that knows of this, she is the main character after all."
"All right. Thanks." Tyro said, shoving his hands in his pockets. He hadn't anything else to ask so far. Not everyone's heard of that movie. Or maybe he'd been shut in during the 90's or something? "Shall we go and wonder about then?"
"Follow me." Allen said, leading the group out of the blind. They followed the edge of the Everfree Forest for as long as possible before Allen cut towards the town. "Now, the one I was talking about earlier knows we are here, as I arranged a meeting with her." Allen whispered as they approached an abandoned house, "It will take place right inside this very builsing." Allen eased the door opened and said, "Washington!" further into the house a familiar voice replied, "Canterlot." Allen nodded, "She's here." Allen lead them inside and they walked down the hallway and Allen opened one more to to a sitting room, where on a couch, sat a particular purple unicorn. "Hello Allen, so nice to finally meet you face to face." she said. "As with me." Allen replied, "Are you sure no pony else is here?" "Yes, not even Pinkie." "Good. Everyone, please say hello to Twilight Sparkle."
Curtis Recived a letter far later then the other explores had, practiclly because of where he lived Curtis was sitting down on his chair at his school, he often wrote down ideas for a machinima that he was going to make with his friends. He had to sit in his class group, where the other students were divided into groups of 5. Curtis had to get the worse one as he sat really far away from his friends and sat with people that hate him. He sighed at the thought,and continued to write down ideas. One of the other 10 grade teachers ran up to his class and ask for Curtis. He had no idea why he was wanted, did something bad happen? He walked outside and was given this strange letter. He opened it up and found drawings of ponys and a letter in the middle. No many people knew that Curtis was a brony except his close friends, Curtis was a 6ft tall gamer that is not talked to very often by other people. he is hated by other year 10 students but is a large role model to the 9th graders he shares a locker with. Curtis read the letter,it began...... Dear Curtis Anderson (Anderson is not my real last name) We have urgent busisness for you, if you accept this request then you will make history. Meet us at the petrol station near your house at 6'30 pm Signed: Annonymous Curtis found the idea to be strange, why were there ponys on his letter. He thought that it could be a meet-up, so curtis smilled and hid the letter in his uniform until school was finished. Only then,can he see what the fuss was about
Juan couldn't believe his eyes. There she was, TWILIGHT SPARKLE!!!! Right in front of him!!! Resisting the very potent urge to hug her and bombared her with questions he instead remained calm and just simply said "H-h-hellooo." while waving an arm at her.
Twilight smiled and nodded at them before turning to face Allen, "This is more than you said there would be." she said. "Yes I know, I didn't expect all of them to show up, but we are here. And of course, as requested, here's a peice of our technology." Allen reached in his pocket and pulled out an IPhone, which he tossed at Twilight who caught it with her magic. "Thank you, of course I can't give you lessons for free." Twilight said before turning to the group, "So, any questions you would like to ask?"
Curtis arrived at the petrol station near his house. Outside were two men in black suits and sunglasses, both looked serious about this letter. Curtis walked over to the men and greated them. They smilled back and gave him a handshake. They flew to the otherside of the world to where the teleporter was set up. Curtis then found the guy in charge of the expodition. 'Curtis, we have recently found out how to get to Equestria. We would like you to go.' Curtis was surprised. If the men were right, then he would be able see the land in all it's glory. 'And you choose me because.......' Curtis began 'Letters have been sent to explorers around the world, we could not contact you but your letter had arrived this morning.' The second man said to Curtis. Curtis knew why they could nto contact, 'stupid timezone's...' he thought. 'Your parents already know and they are proud of you. They have told us to give you this...' The Men gave Curtis some equipment and his Ipod. It will take you a few days to get to ponyville but you have the equipment. 'The other explorers we know of are there so we suggest you should catch up before you leave.' 'And if im in danger, i cant protect myself if im attacked by bandit's.' Curtis said to the men. 'What should i do then?' 'Just keep walking, if you can. use a sword or something... We dont know whats there.....' The man said. This did not give Curtis very much help 'Ok, i dont know when exactly i will get to Ponyville... But i will get there.....' Curtis said before walking into the teleporter... 'I hope....' He said once he was in the teleporter
(Blah, blah, keep it in the OOC, blah, blah.) There's really nothing else you can actually do when confronted with not only a well-known face from television but also the sight of your first ever unicorn. Tyro was left with his mouth gaping open as he tried to formulate anything vaguely coherent. It's not like meeting a famous actor. You can't just talk about how great their work has been and gush endlessly. Talking to an actual character is somehow awkward. You've seen into their life and have nothing else to talk about. You've been a voyeur into specially edited parts of their lives. It's like meeting Big Brother contestants in a pub. What can you honestly say? How could you say that? Are you sure what a woman even is? Tyro eventually settled on: "What would you want with an iPhone all the way out here? It's useless to you without signal. Useless compared to Android anyway but that's beside the point!" He checks to see if the joke met with anyone's approval with a small grin. He wasn't overly confident it did.
Twilight smiled, "I just want to reverse engineer it, see how it works, that kind of stuff. And don't worry, when season 3 comes around you won't be seeing a bunch of ponies going about with phones."
"Woah, when I thought you said only one pony knew about it I thought you were referring to pinkie due to her regular fourth wall breaking anyway twilight how did you find out about this".
Shawn simply stood there, mouth agape, taking much the same pose as Tryo. And like Tyro, he was thinking many of the same things. Having answered the questions about the iPhone, Shawn closed his mouth, then opened it to ask a question. Then he abruptly closed it again. Is this how Quill feels when he's near her? Does she even know that he likes her? ... HOLY CRAP I'M STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF TWILIGHT SPARKLE! He simply glanced downward and coughed into his fist, choosing to say nothing at all. Then Jake brought up a valid point. Does Pinkie Pie know about us? "Does Pinkie Pie know about us?"
Kyle was happy with it all. Then they were in front of Twilight. omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg was all that went on in his mind.
"Well, Pinkie half knows about it. She knows about the cameras, but not you people. And I've known since Day 1, I saw one of the cameras suddenly appear, decided to try to find out what it did, Allen here ended up sending me a message about the whole thing, and we've been in contact ever since. Any other questions?"
Shawn almost asked Twilight if she knew about the OCs but decided against it. "Actually, I'm ready to get to exploring more of Ponyville and Equestria..."
"so where's our first stop in ponyville going to be, the library, sugar cube corners, carousel boutique or fluttershys house". "your call Allen, one quick question do the princesses know about this". Jake finished his question spying the foal free press issue from ponyville confidential and began reading it.
