Ah no we take no credit. I was just saying that the closest thing I have come across is Chili Con Carne not that we invented it. But there are Hispanics here too, they don't just populate Spain and South America.
Heh, well it is sure is unforgettable in the sense that it is rather disgusting, vile and should be condemned to the darkest reaches of Mordor.
You don't like colcannon? Are you sure you're Irish? Next you're gonna be telling me that you don't eat Lucky Charms every day...
Hoho, if we are onto drinks then I can name a few good brands of Irish Brewery! 1) Obvious but Guinness is one stout that rules them all. 2) Bulmers Irish cider is extraordinarily tasty, dry and sweet! 3) Smithwicks can cure all that ALE you. Rather sweet Ale. Actually I despise Colcannon and I do not eat lucky charms, haha, don't even have them here.
I have seen Lucky Charms once in this country, and that was in a shop that specialized in importing American crap.
A little bit surprising, actually. General Mills products are sold all over the world, and I know that people in the UK really love sweet foods.
Really? Huh well they don't have them here, maybe in the UK but not here. That be the same as saying "Hey, you should of heard about Tayto because we sell them to Cuba."
On a note that is unrelated to our previous disagreement, I didn't notice the historical error in this post until I re-read it; Roosevelt didn't order the atomic bomb to be dropped on Japan. Roosevelt wasn't even president when the bomb was dropped. Truman made the call and Truman gave the order for the bomb to be used. Guinness and Smithwick's are both divine; I get them in the imported beers section of our American stores.
Yeah I didn't realize what I said until you pointed it out to me, my bad. Yes He died in April of 1955 and the bombs were dropped by Truman's orders four months later in August 1955, I probably was not paying attention. Have to remember Franklin D Roosevelt = Polio suffering bad ass. Harry S. Truman = Hated Commies.
