Alright thanks, also, Bryz uses a dire-flail (I'm assuming you used the knife as an example though)

I would have been fine with you just knocking Timestopper on his back, I would have had him try to escape by having the R20 smoking bombing the area. Also what do the Guns that the Commandos use shoot, i think it was Electricity?

Um, in a way. It's SIMILAR to electricity, but not quite, because if it was electricity it wouldn't be straight bolts, it'll just look like lightning. Think the Star Wars blaster bolts, only blue, and instead of punching a hole through someone, it is absorbed and essentially fries the nervous system in the area of impact, extremely dangerous weapon. Also, the megapulse is a measure of energy. One pulse is unfeelable, one megapulse is like being shocked from a door handle, and 50,000 megapulses is instantly deadly no matter where it hits. 20,000 megapulses (the energy of the bolt the AER-17 fires) is kinda like a good medium, if wouldn't kill if you missed say the heart or head or other vitals, it'll just paralyze making it easier to capture something.

And their armor is kinda a sleeker version of the pegasus armor of FoE, meant for stealth, but also strength.

How would rubber defend against it because I never really explained how Timestopper's armor is made:
    3 layers of pure steel
    2 layers of Chainmail
    1 layer of rubber
    1 layer of cloth

That sounds extrodinarily heavy, even if he was used to it, it would slow him down a lot...And not very well, its designed to not be stopped by that. So unless you plan on walking around with inches of concrete on you, it ain't gonna help much :I. And if anything, the metal parts would make it worse.

Timestopper's armor is much lighter than the common manidonian soldier's but there are a few flaws but some things that help him
    Flaws:
Made out of many pieces, Has many openings
    Slows down his speed
    makes it harder to see
makes flying and walking up harder
can make the wearer easily tired
Makes it suck when your nose itches
Can not withstand Getting hit in the face with a missile
There are allot more I am just getting Tired of typing them so lets just get to the benefits

    Benefits:
Is made to Take a cannon ball and still go out unscratched
Extremely blast resistant, Can with stand the force of 12 sticks of TNT
Can pull into its self Like a turtle shell
Has rubber to protect the wearer from extreme electrical shocks
Can hold many weapons at one time
Can even have a cannon attach to the back
Protects every part of the body
Can withstand a building falling on the wearer
Makes flying down speed the speed of a Fire ball

What exactly is the speed of a fireball? And didn't you just say it slowed you down? And one thing, don't forget blunt force trauma, the armor may survive a building falling on you, but you definitely wouldn't:derpe:

Well I meant cannon ball, and when I said slow down I meant walking and flying straight not up and down, The weight makes it harder to go up and the weight makes anything under Timestopper when his going down, well lets just say it an't getting out of there with out at least a fracture or in other words HULK SMASH!

Also Timestopper will assault the commandos fort but I don't know what but something will need to happen before They kill each other, probably a slaver attack?

Uh? A slaver attack? In the middle of the Everfree? Don't think so...And I wish you luck assaulting a massive military fort that is unreachable except by air and bridge with hundreds of Commandos, all ready and armed.

Anyways: If you want to know what exactly what a 'pulse' is, it is a measure meant literally of the number of pulses the energy makes per second. A 20,000 megapulse bolt is basically a bolt of energy pulsing through the air at 20,000,000 'pulses' per second, which is what makes it so straight flying and also so dangerous, which is also why it has such great penetrating power, it literally 'pulses' it's way through.

Ok good to know what a pulse is but

Timestopper is to hot headed to turn down an assault and we have to make so something has to happen so no one gets killed
also Timestopper is a master of using his environment to his advantage

Don't forget, you don't even know where they are, and they have also lived inthe Everfree for the past several years, you think they don't know how to use every molecule of air to their advantage?

And yes, avoiding OC v. OC fights would be best, especially this early on

Oh and Timestopper, there's no way for that little nation of yours to have conquered almost any of those groups, FoE directly references almost all of them to be in the Great War, especially the Zebras who were the MAIN enemy.
