"Well, now considering your armors, i think only Ecliptic, Spoon and me are subjective to be killed. I could make a protection barrier with my bass vibration, repulsing magical attacks, but it won't stand any mechanical bullet. How many time de we have before we leave?"
"I give us at most 5 hours." Bloody 2 said. Julion nodded in agreement, "Yes, you can never tell what's going to slow you down out in the Wastelands."
He sighed. "What do you need to do in the Wastelands anyway? From now on, I think we should clearly explain our intentions. If we're going to stay a group like this, we should have a common goal. And i don't see what could be appealing for me in a place i don't even know of. D'you go there for your army?"
"The only reason I left my army behind was to hunt Calamity, now I plan to return to that army, and secure a proper home for them." Julion said.
(Well I don't want to be another third wheel so I'm gonna drop out. This RP didn't quite go as I hoped)
"Well I was chased out of my Stable. If we get the chance, I'd like to try to persuade them to leave that deathtrap. But other than that, I haven't got any plans." Ecliptic articulated.
Julion scratched his chin, "Hm, maybe we can kill two birds with one stone here. I get back to my army, get them to surround your stable, so that if you can't convince them to leave, use my army as a threat, and if they still don't listen, heh heh, we might just have to do some forced evacuation. Oh and don't worry about us and the radiation, we've got enough Radaway that as long as we don't take an instantly lethal dose, we'll be fine."
"Yeah, about the radiation. Stable 114 has a lot of ghouls and...mutated ponies. Probably more since I left. Do you know of anywhere they could live? Another Stable maybe. I wouldn't suggest taking them into your army; I'd bet most of them would point a gun the wrong way." Ecliptic began thinking out loud of all the problems he had overlooked. "I still want to help them, but I want them to survive more than a day out here. They're guaranteed to die if they stay, but how much longer will they live out here?"
Julion shrugged, "I've never had to work out the problems of a evac, only guard one. But, it'll take lots of logistics, planning, and we will have to find a place for them to stay. But I would suggest keeping the ghouls inside the Stable, as radiation only helps them, and up here they would probably be a target. And they'll also have to work out their own defense as I will not have my army relegated to guard duty."
"It's a good start. The ghouls will stay, at least until the place collapses. That leaves a little over a half of them. The loyalty inspectors have light weaponry, which is better than nothing." Ecliptic thought for a moment. "Oh! You said radiation helps ghouls, right? Well, a few years ago, some strange...stuff, got into the Stable. It caused terrible mutations to the ponies it touched, but after that, they didn't suffer from the radiation. Any idea what that could be?"
Julion suddenly cursed, "That ain't radiation." he said, "It's Taint! Ain't any crue for it, its undectable, and it can do some horrible things."
"Oh my." Ecliptic said solemnly, "Thank the goddesses it was just a little. Where did it come from, and are there any other hazards we should know about before leaving?"
"I don't know where Taint came from, other then it appeared after the megaspells hit. Other then that, you really should only have to worry about the possiblity of attack, which my army should deal with."
"Alright good. Attack we can handle. So, you went and got supplies, we're all rested and thankfully clean, anything else we need here?" (I think that's it for me tonight)
"Sorry, but i just don't know about those ghouls and taints... I can' calculate that, so, i must say that i'll follow you everywhere, but don't count on me to predict things. And i know someplace for the other ponies: my stable was half-empty. There was a huge section, almost half the whole underground complex, wich hadn't been used. The doors are still locked with rusty chains."
Spoon sat silently, fiddling with some mechanical parts. Looking over some schematics he had "borrowed" from a shopkeeper. "Does anyone have a fission battery?" He queried. Looking at the group. "And how is are you an alicorn?" he asked Ecliptic.
"I always thought it was the taint and radiation that got into my Stable." Ecliptic answered, "I was born a regular unicorn, but I had little stubs where my wings are now. For most of my life, they were just there, they weren't developed or strong enough to lift me. They began to really look like wings around the time I got my cutie mark, and once I started getting more exposure to hazards while repairing the Stable, they grew more." He got up and hovered for a few seconds. "Now I can fly really short distances and get a little boost when I jump."
