"Oooh, excellent! A bed that's not coated in blood!" Ecliptic exclaimed upon entering the room. "And clean water! I don't know what to take first: a bath or a nap." Apparently deep in thought, he swiveled his head from side to side, before heading towards the bath.
Julion stood in front of the door to the broadcasting station, he breathed in deeply, he had no clue how she would react after what happened, would she be scared? Angry? Resentful? All of the above? he took another deep breath, removed his beret and held it across his chest, he had a back-up plan just in case. He knocked three times. The door opened partially to reveal one of Homage's eyes, "What do you want again?" she said bitterly. "Forgiveness." was all he said, his eyes turning a soothing purple-blue, "I know I cannot change what has been done, but maybe I can sacrifice something in return." The door fully opened and Homage had a unbelieving and suspicious face, "Oh yea, and what might that be?" she asked angrily. "My past." suddenly a stream of memories played in Homage's head, his life of Stable 2 open for her to see, and one particular memory was pushed, a time, just after he had gotten his cutie mark, his first real memory of Littlepip, she had been caught trying to break in somewhere she shouldn't have, but using his eyes, Julion defended her, not because of who she was, but because they were from the same situation, Julion understood, and felt the need to do so. Julion let the transfer go and the stream faded out and Julion's eyes reverted back to their original color, he turned away after saying this, "I'm sorry, and thank you for your time." before heading back down the elevator. (I am seriously considering doing my own Fallout Equestria Fanfic right now, I just don't know if I need permission from the original author or something...)

(If it is a spinoff, as in using his characters, you need permission or atleast you need to formally regard his respective characters to him) Cobalts ears perked at the sound of bass strings, he hadn't heard bass since his cutie mark celebration, years ago... Never the less, he shook the sound away and walked towards the elevator. Someone in this tower must have the information he needs.
The elevator doors opened, and Julion, so lost in thought, didn't see the pony in front of him until he bumped into him, "Oh, sorry 'bout that." he said, "I was just doin' a little too much in depth thinkin'."

(Hows it shapin up so far?) Julion made his way through the market, saddlebags now bulging from supplies. He tried to stop by Calamity and his group's place, but they had weren't there, so he went and bought supplies and found his way back to the apartment that they were staying at. He opened the door, "Hey, I'm back!" he hollered, "Anypony hungry?"
"Say, you. Julion is it?" Cobalt walks up towards him. "Forgive my rudeness, but I can't help but notice that power supply of your RA-ER is deteriorating from standard use, and the beam splitter is out of alignment." He coughs, a bit embarrassed by his observation. "And, well, seeing as you saved me from the raiders i'd like to return the favor in repairing your weapon."
(Uh, Hulion's only known as the Soldier outside our little group.) "Wait, what do you mean? This is a 10000 megapulse weapon, do you have any idea what could happen if you messed up?"
(Well, He doesn't know of you. He just overheard you being addressed as such) Oh yes, I know quite well the capabilities of the weapon. Do you know what could happen if I don't intervene? It won't take more than a day and I do not ask for any payment.
Julion suddenly got suspicious, "What, how do you know my name? And also, how do you know how to fix these kind of weapons, which I can do just fine if I had the supplies. And third, why are you covered in Stable-Tec stuff?"
"To answer in a single answer, I am trying to retrieve a piece of Tech for Stable 113, in which I am the lead energy technician. I heard your name from the group of ponies I saw you speaking with at the entrance." Cobalt smiled half-forced.
Man, there sure have been lots of escapees from the stables recently, Julion thought. "Well, I would feel better if I did the repair, its been by my side for a long time. If you just give me the correct equipment, I can fix it, and I'll return the equipment, and you can be on your way." Julion said.
Cobalt sighs and removes his weapon repair kit, handing it to Julion. "Fine, but I still owe you my life."
"Thanks." Julion said nodding, he found a table and sat down, spreading out the tools before him, and placing Silent Death in front of him. He placed an earbud in and started listening to DJ-Pon3 station as he worked. He broke down Silent Death into its many pieces, re-welding weak welds, fixing the weakened barrel, fixing connections,reconnecting the recharger (That he added himself) to the power supply, etc. He was just finishing the repairs and was cleaning the parts when DJ Pon3 came back on the air to speak. "Hello children! Hope you've all enjoyed the music, now its time for some Wasteland news! A most interesting thing happened today, the Soldier, yes, that's right, the Soldier, the mysterious mercenary that I know you all know and hate, approached my assistant today. Apparently, he's found a change of heart and although he couldn't be here for this, he wanted to say he's sorry, and as partial repayment for all he's done for bottle caps, he's given me some information on himself! You heard that right children, the Soldier has become at least partially willing to part willing to part with the secrecy of his past!" DJ Pon3 said quite excited. Oh no, this is exactly what I feared Homage would do! Julion thought as he wiped down the barrel. "Turns out, the Soldier is from the same stable as the Stable Dweller I've been talking about recently! That's right, he even helped her in her youth! Who woulda thought, sadly, taht's all he was willing to part with. In other news..." Julion was left biting his lip as he put the rifle back together and the tools back together. He floated the tools back over to Cobalt, "There you go, and would you kindly not tell anyone my name?"
After bathing and resting, Ecliptic laid on his bed and played with the radio function of his pipbuck. Through the static, he found the frequency broadcasting DJ Pon3 in perfect clarity, the best signal he'd ever received. Ecliptic caught what sounded like the last of the news: "Turns out, the Soldier is from the same stable as the Stable Dweller I've been talking about recently!" "Wait, what?!" Ecliptic exclaimed. Turning to the others in the room he asked, "Did any of you know this?"
(Sorry I couldn't post earlier, Google Chrome was being dumb and wouldn't let me post; so now I'm using internet explorer.) Spoon laid on his bed in tenpony tower, examining the ceiling. He sighed. got up, and began to explore the hotel.
