Ella sat in the foyer of the house for hours with the other prisoners of the block. The camp had been secured and the guards either detained or dead. The Commandant and his wife were bound and gagged in the lock room, which just a reenforced bunker in the basement with some food and supplies and a direct line to Berlin. After what seemed a few hours, she looked up at the clock. "I don't think he's coming..." One of the prisons said, fiddling a doily on the table. After a few more moments of silence, the ground shook with a thundering BOOM and the roar of plane engines. Ella looked outside to see the camp being bombed. "Everyone get to THE SAFE ROOM!" she yelled before retreating downstairs and into the safe room with the rest of her mates. She dived in landed next to the commandant and his wife as the rest of the prisoners dived in and sealed the door. She looked over at him, letting her face show what dynamic of the situation. "Congrats, Berlin finds you both expendable!" The roof and ground continued to shake.
Alexis had finally recovered from the whole being shot in the throat type thing and so decided to venture out. The black dress she wore at the funeral and the black heels covered in dust, blood and mud. "Reznove, I'm heading out. I believe we are close to a rural village still unaware of our actions." With that said she placed a Mauser model 1959 in the top of her ripped stocking and a stiletto knife in the other. She then pushed the rock so she could squeeze through and headed towards the Austrian village.
The man headed outside, his two head lieutenants, one of the SS and the other of the Gestapo. He signed to them directions: For the SS Special Ops (Spezialeinheit) to come with him to Briest, and the Gestapo to increase their security around the area as well keep tabs on all phone calls and radio signals from around that area. He was determined to lock down whole cities if he had to. The saluted him, he signed to his SS Lieutenant he would meet the SSSE at Briest. He then opened the garage of the new Palace, and headed towards his personal airplane, which could carry three people and his motorcycle. He entered the cockpit of the plane, started it and headed off towards the camp as fast as he could.
The SS spy had made it back to Alcolsta, he never found the leader, "Damnit, wheres Rene this time?" He left in the vehicle, followed by several others. Alcolsta had known Rene for quiet some time, but didn't care for it much. He needed a way to get the Germans to this "America" they speak of. Cut the head off, the body dies.
(Seems I need to continue this somewhat. We also probably move this to the Non-pony RP section eventually.) After the she felt the bombing stop and the engines whirl away, Ella grab the Commandant and his wife and lead them up the stairs and outside. As the reached the front door, she saw the entire camp riddled with craters and the buildings on fire. What was left of the few survivors shuffled to her, droopy eyed and dazed but waiting for someone to give the orders. It was a few moments of silence before she decided to speak up in her best Polish. "Alright, we no longer have time to mourn or regret what we've done. Things are already in motion and we can't turn back now. The only thing we can do is move east towards what left of the U.S.S.R. The fascists would more than likely consider us dead as we step foot there but I know we can make it. Now come on, let' move! For Freedom." She grabbed the two hostages and picked them up as the prisoners cheered and hurried east. "You two may still may be of service to us..."
Reznove quickly moved over to Alexis to move the rock. As soon as she was out he followed. He looked around, nothing was in sight but trees and swamp. Reznove grabbed out a pistol and checked to see how much ammunition he had, "Three in the chamber." "If your right Alexis, then lets move out quickly, something tells me we're being watched." Reznove said somehow having a little bit of German in his Russian voice. He was part German, but didn't acre for it.
Rene looked behind him as he seen another officer walk into his office. Instantly reacting in a salute, the officer then began to follow up with the news of the camp. "Camp's been destroyed sir. All infrastructure is a critical damage, roughly fifty survivors. Any further actions, my Fuhrer?" Rene just looked back at him, reaching out for a glass of whiskey. "Kill any survivors..." he replied coldly.
Alkosta wanted to know what America was like. He sent several Recon teams to the country, and when they come back they will have told him what its like. It failed, the teams were caught in a trench war, something that was long forgotten but was somehow restarted, and were killed. Luckily one came back half dead, Alkosta finished him off, wanting to end the pain of the man. The chair mans little messenger came back, "Sir! We have good news and bad news. The good news is that we have reports coming from the trench war! The bad news is the informatio-" Alkosta shot the man before letting him finish. He already knew neither side won and that it was a waste of time. "Sir," A big man came through the room, he wore a gas mask with a German support unit outfit, "Sergeant Foster reporting for duty sir!" "What I want you to do, is find this man," the old man gave the soldier an old picture of a Russian man, "His name, Joseph Reznove. Bring him back to me, I don't care if you have to walk through hell, and kill any "company" he has, we don't want to risk anyone following you. Bring him to me alive, and I will reward you well."
The crimson plane touched down near the swampland roughly. As soon as the engine stuttered to a halt, the huge man climbed out of the cock-pit, and then went under the belly of the plane to unhinge his motorcycle, and proceeded to open up a metal box on the back, holding a phone on a wire that was attached to the motorcycle and had an large, thick antennae on the top. He pressed some buttons on the large phone, and then it started buzzing. A voice then came from it: "Herr Vogelscheuche, the Ops will be arriving soon. The Gestapo has set up checkpoint circling the desired location, and is profiling every single person within a 75 mile radius of Briest." The giant hung up, and soon a large plane buzzed loudly overhead, and suddenly it could be seen that parachutes were opening up in the sky. A small group of men touched the ground, twelve SS Spezialeinheit units, each of them armed with lugers equipped with silencers, and MP5s also with silencers, and with extended stocks and short range scopes. They saluted Adrian, and then he signed them to spread out over the area. The huge man moved in towards the swampland with a couple of his troops, and could hear the old songs playing in his head, the drums of war sounding in his mind, and the legion of German mercenaries singing towards his black soul…
After a long trek Alexis arrived at the idyllic austrian village straight out of the sound of music. She walked ahead of Reznove before being asked by the mayor's son if she was alright Alexis shook her head and began speaking in a german accent. "Hilf mir, wurde ich von einigen bedrohliche Verbrecher überfallen. Sie nahmen alles und versuchten, sich mit mir zu haben. (Help me, I was mugged by some menacing criminals. They took everything and tried to have their way with me)." The man quickly called for help and took her to the local doctor to fix the wounds and burn marks from the mansion incident.
(Sorry to keep you guys waiting. IF you're still interested that is.) The small army of prisoners under Ella's de facto leadership trudge east hurriedly through the swamp. As much as felt the need to yell out more inspiring quotes, her mind ran empty on them for right now and hearing the sounds of plane passing over and feeling over being watched didn't help but she kept her focusing squarely on moving east.
Reznove walked about the village, he was given things he didn't want but took them with no question. He couldn't believe that these Australian's were actually nice, but he was ready for about anything that came his path.
The massive man saw a moving dot in the distance, raised his hand up, and suddenly Spezialenheit looked over and hurried. One of them saw that the man held up his thumb and two fingers, and went over to the large motorcycle, opening a long box on the side, revealing a modified PTRS-41 sniper rifle, painted black and outfitted with a silencer and a long scope, a strap attached to the barrel, just before the silencer and the stock, the gun being much longer than the norm, fitted to suit the size of the giant that used it, and with a large magazine with 50. caliber bullets inside. The SSSU officer grabbed it and ran over to Adrian, handing the weapon to him. The giant looked through the scope, and saw the girl heading through the swamps. He took aim at her left leg, became motionless like a statue, and then fired, aiming to stop the girl from escaping. The smell of the swamp came through his mask, and he prepared to smell blood.
The German Sergeant arrived at what looked like a swamp, hearing a gunfire in the distance. He quickly ran with his shotgun in hand throughout the swamp. He made sure that he wasn't being watched as he approached some girl. He didn't know what to do, he didn't really care for her and continued through the swamp. Foster had been warped into the perfect killing machine when he was a kid, and as he grew into a titan, he would be able to kill anything he wants. He hid behind a tree, out of sight. Whoever shot the girl had to have been waiting for their next victim.
The giant saw the Sergeant in the swamp, only to watch him disappear. This did not matter to him. He swung his sniper-rifle onto his shoulder, and quickly trudged his way towards the location of the girl he shot. The smell of blood came to him, and he stopped not too far from the girl. He stood still and silent, listening, smelling, feeling the ground beneath his feet for the slightest tremble, his hypersensitivity kicking in. He waited, his hand ready to quick draw his Luger and show his marksmanship, as he was not sure why Foster was around. The giant towered, the swamp coming only to below half-way of his lower legs. His long, custom-made long coat floated in the murk, showing his massive feet that sank into the mud below, allowing him to connect with all vibrations nearby, be they in the mud or just on water. Being as intelligent as he was, he counted mostly upon the mud, but kept his ears open in case someone climbed upon the trees.
Before the bullet hit, one of the prisoners ran to Ella, yelling frantically in polish. She turned, trying understand what he yes saying before seeing his said chunk up. A heavy force seemed to fling her back into the swampy waters. As she clawed her way back up into a sitting, she looked down to see sizable hole in the side of her trousers fulling up with crimson liquid. She tried to scramble to her felt but her left leg wouldn't respond without giving large amounts pain with each movements. Looking over, she saw the prisoner who was with her, dead and face down floating the in the waters. After several moments of intense pain half swim/crawling, she crawled onto a small bank and rolled over on her back, looking up at the sky. "Not again..." She thought aloud, her vision starting to blur.
Rene remained in his office, watching over the development of the Reich. After WW2 and the aspect of the collapse of the Soviet Union following the death of Stalin, alongside America being dramatically weakened by the Japanese, Germany was the world superpower that was followed closely by Japan, the two of them being heavily connected in the axis powers. With Germany essentially being the sole superpower in Europe, and that all other nations which did not ally with Germany essentially being classified as "traitors" to mankind, it suited the Reich well. Germany made more allies everyday, but unfortunately made the same amount of enemies in the process. The heart of the world in terms of technology, lifestyle, fashion and dozens of other factors. Germany had Nuclear Weapons by 1941, had ICBM's ranging in the tens of megatons by 1945,had mechanical suits (Mechs) by 1960, now had power-armor by 1965 and within the next twenty years, Megascale Geoengineering Project's to combat climate change, prototype laser and plasma weaponry, impossibly fast planes for the Luftwaffe, medical technology decades ahead of it's time would appear and possibly so much more. Rene dreamed of colonization of Mars and the Moon before his passing, and if money was not an object and if his supervisors didn't disagree with him, he believed that Germany could already be there. In order to accomplish what Rene called a "Perfect Future", he had to ensure that the entire planet accepted the very existence of the Reich and that it was going to stay in Europe permanently. With Germany recovering from it's losses in WW2, the population had increased to the hundreds of millions, and the German military was essentially almost unstoppable if they were to be attacked by America or England. Because of the Reich leading mankind to a new age, his allies remained important to him. Fascism had recently overtaken the Mexican government, and the United States, already facing a war for complete control of the Pacific, had to attend to the crisis down south. Whatever this disaster was, it was not going to be pretty in the end. With Mexico essentially swearing allegiance to Germany, alongside almost all of Europe, Rene could not help but smile.
Foster never knew why there were war, the only reason he had to join was to defend his country, but being in a swamp looking for two insignificant pests is not what he intended. The woman fell in a bank from what he saw and rushed over there, grabbing her and taking off. He had no clue what he was doing, all he knew was to run and run and run… Eventually he came to a stop when he spotted a cave, luckily it didn't have the rancid water in it. He was hired to find two people, not rescue this beautiful woman. He sat her down, taking his gas mask off to allow some air to his face. He sat down, checking the bullet wound on her leg. He quickly tore a piece of fabric off and ripped that in particular part of the pant leg off, wrapping it with his own dry cloth. He put the gas mask on and grabbed the shotgun, making sure nothing nor no one would attack while he waited for her to wake. Reznove was sitting on a bench, checking his surroundings. His wounds were wrapped and disinfected, but he had other problems, how was his companion doing? Since he was up and alive for now he might as well go and check.
Ella wasn't asleep, but she much active either. She was essentially limp and continued to stare up into the ceiling of the cave now. Death wasn't going to happen now though, she knew that but the pain didn't stop, even with the wrapped the leg. Staring up, she began to wonder what would happen when she's thrown back into Nazi custody. Surely she couldn't work with lame leg and a uprising around her neck so she'd probably be executed along with all the others she'd escaped with. As she heard the sound of foot steps grow closer she looked over the source before growing a face of concern. "You're not a kraut..." she croaked.
"I have no clue who this "Kraut" is, but your probably lucky I got you out of the ditch," Foster said looking out, "I promise nothings going to happen to you, for now anyway." He stood in his German Military outfit, gas mask on and everything. The sergeant had no time to deal with this, "Can you still walk?"
