"well thats because they hide somewhere we can never find them so they can't get punished or to give back what they stole so obviously they somehow find a place that isn't in the cloud city of ours. ALSO with in the next couple weeks you may want to hide because of the psycho pegasi latest creation. The Rainbow Factory and they've tried everything they could .But their last resort is to make the rainbows out of some parts of the pony.
(+10 internets for rainbow factory refrence) Hibiscus was taken aback by the sudden information. "Wait, WHAT!?" He said. "You're making rainbows out of PONIES now!? Are you all bat-s*** crazy!? Those things are useless anyways! Just don't make them rather than go to such drastic measures!"
"Well, it fixes your issue, doesn't it, Hibiscus? What they do to each other is no issue of yours," said Thresh, speaking up at last.
Hibiscus turned to the sudden intruder. "What the hay are you doing here? Go get on the earth pony platform, I'm representing for this meeting!" He squawked.

Hibiscus shook his head and said "I don't care who's running it, shut it down! I'm sure the unicorns will agree with me on this." He turned expectantly towards Snow. (I forced to RP to Snow on purpose cause I'm gonna go get some shut-eye. See y'all tommorow.)
Thresh smiled smugly to herself as the Pegasus provided a distraction- hopefully, if she just looked like she knew what she was doing, it was just all go on without a hitch. She'd read it in a book that authoritative presences naturally carried power, and she prayed that the author knew what he was talking about. She just needed to reach the end of the meeting without any hitches...
(actually RF was run for thousands of years and rainbow dash takes control later on down the time line. i threw RF into there for a comical effect.)

Snow had remained mostly quiet through the discussion, but she was disgusted by the rainbow factory, "What is wrong, you can't shut it down? I thought pegisi could take care of themselves, so why don't you destroy it. And I still need food for my people!"

Hibiscus facehoofed at Snow's comment. "What, YOU want food now too? Seriously, both of your clans are demanding more and more each day! We can't deal with this sort of circumstance. We've increased production 130% already, and we hardly have enough to feed ourselves! Can't you find away to be more aware of how much food you're eating for once?"
What Hibiscus said pissed of Snow to no end, "You think I don't know the plight of the earth ponies?! I have tried to be reasonable, I have Tryed logic! You really think I hate you? Why would I hate the race of my father?!" Snow suddenly stopped and looked around awkwardly before running out..
Hibiscus was startled by Snow's sudden leave. "Hate the race of her father...understand our plight...what?" He shook his head. "Well, that answered nothing..." he said slowly. Turning back to Cal, he prepared himself to eat the pegasus alive. "Now then, after you shut down that horrid factory of yours, we have bigger problems. Both you and the unicorns must stop taking more food! We simply cannot keep up with your demands!"
"well i'll inform the first represenitive about the food demands. But the factory who knows what i will have to do to stop that i think it will take everypony from every tribe just to stop that. Now stop yelling and calm down Hibiscus"
