I probably well end up becoming an open brony, nothing can be secret forever. :derpe: But I'll most likely take it slow. Thank you everyone for the encouraging posts.
Heh. Where I got my education is far closer to a set back. I moved a lot during schooling and the high school before my last wasn't exactly where you'd want an education. Anyway. For the most part, the only people 100% approving of me liking the show is my (female) cousin and my older sister. My brother doesn't like it and generally tries to avoid it. On the other hand, my cousin is my friend/roommate's ex-GF. He's familiar with the show, but doesn't watch it. Instead, I show him all the comics, jokes, and quirks, rather than the other media. He's generally ok with that.
I never went through the stages of becoming a brony. I saw my first episode and knew I never had a chance! I've always loved animation and that'll never end. Most of the shows I watch have ALWAYS been animated. I went straight to full-blown acceptance of my condition but don't openly advertise it. However, I do leave subtle clues for other bronies to pick up on. Those who aren't into the show don't recognize them. If you're able to get a friend to watch just three to five episodes, usually by that time he (or she) is converted. It rarely fails.
I'm a walking propaganda poster in class. Pony desktop background. Desktop ponies. Constant allusions to ponies. Unfortunately, the reactions I'm getting are Neither positive nor negative. No body seems to care. Except my Physics class.
