"Maybe," he said playfully, kissing her temple. * * * She squinted at him before moving close to him. "Here," she instructed, taking his hand. "Put your hand on my hips."
"I'm sure you'll see it one day. It's not particularly spectacular. It's actually the first one I ever did." * * * She gave him a shy smile, an expression quite uncommon on her face as she draped her arm over his shoulders, her wrists crossing behind his head. "See?" she said, moving from side to side with him. "Easy."
She grinned, looking up at him. "I'd love to see it sometime." *** He still looked a bit nervous, glancing around them occasionally.
"It's baaad, babe," he said, leaning back against the counter. "Not good." * * * Her smile fell and she tilted her head. "Do you want to go?"
She shrugged. "It'd be interesting to see." *** He looked back at her, his brows furrowed. "There's.. a lot of people here.."
"Hmm. Next time we're in the area." * * * She considered him for a moment, frowning now. "What's wrong? You're not frightened of people..."
She nodded, a small smile on her face. "Next time." *** He took a breath, shaking his head. "No, you're right. I'm okay."
"It felt so empty, since I've been here with you." *** He waved it off, stepping back. "I'm okay, Gwen.. I'm just going to get some water."
"Good flirt," he said approvingly. "Did you get some clothes?" * * * She looked stricken, folding her arms nervously. "Oh. Okay..."
She laughed. "Yeah, I did." *** He turned, looking around at all the people nervously, wiping his forehead as he began to make his way through the crowd, his breath quickened and heart rate increased. He felt sick and dizzy, and after a few moments he passed out, the world going black.
"Any band tees?" he teased. * * * Gwen heard the gasp rise up from the crowd and she looked up suddenly before running over to him. (Zoop?)
His face brightened. "Are you serious?" * * * When Adonis woke, he'd find himself in an unfamiliar room, in a double bed. The room was quite simple, with a window nearby that overlooked the city.
She grinned. "Dead serious." *** He sat up, brushing his hair back with a frown. He got out of the bed, looking around curiously.
"God, I love you," he said appreciatively. * * * It had a modern air that seemed very familiar to him. The clock on the bedside table read 2:45am.
Her smile widened. "I love you too." *** He frowned, leaving the room. He figured it was Gwen's house and went to look for her.
He stretched his arms over his head before speaking. "Unfortunately, I close tonight." * * * She was asleep on the couch, her legs curled underneath her.
