Angel didnt hear that, "When was this? She wa asleep when she was in the bone chilling water?" Angel turned to Frozen "Could tou explain this?"
Frozen looked up. "The reason why I can sustain cold weather is because my heart. Listen." she said. It's beat was very, very slow.
Angel listened but kept her eye on Ghost. "Somethings wrong isnt it?" she asked Ghost. "Ad were you born liked that?" she asked Frozen
"Yep!" she said. She seemed perfectly normal. "My heart slows down a lot when I'm in freezing water. I'm like... a frog!" she said happily.
"So if you get colder, it slows down even more?" Ghost asked after listening to her heart. "That isn't normal Frozen... if you heart slows down too much, or if it beats too fast," he looked into her innocent eyes, "we'll, the results will be fatal, and I don't have the equipment necessary for jump-starts." Ghost looked very worried.
"Wait..." Ghost made a terrible discovery, "Winter's coming..." He said, and slumped down on the floor. "There's gonna be a superstorm this year... the coldest yet..." Ghost glanced at Frozen, "you won't make it unless I have my equipment... without it, I can't do anything, and I won't be able to save anypony's life."
"As long as shes stays in control she should be find." Angel spoke softly as she talked to herself. Her eyes blinked a few times and a shiver went down her spine. Angel thought back to her parents, one of them had this problem or atleast thats what she discovered of she discovered correctly. "My mom had that problem" Angel continued to talk go herself "thats another reason why they left me, mom needed help."
Ghost looked at Angel and Frozen, "If she stays in control..." He walked over to Angel, "Hey, you alright?" Ghost asked softly.
"What? Oh ya im fine, just thinking." Angel stared blankly at the floor. Her brain swirling with thought about her parents.
Angel stood up and started to pace the room. Her mind buzzing about not only her parents but about Frozen and Ghost, how that if shes not careful she could cause some pony to get badly injured.
"You seem... tense... and a little scared..." Ghost said, quietly watching her, several feet from the fire. Every now and then, he'd glance at the fire. "Angel... are you..." Ghost began, fiddling with his mask's filter again, "are you alright?" Ghost was genuinely concerned for her well being. (sorry for being so late, I needed to go to the cemetery)
"No just ding my job!" she gave a smile. Angel shook her head to clear her mind. "Im gonna go patrol outside, maybe check the school" Angel walked out the door again and down the stairs. She entered the forest and took the path that went past the school into Ponyville.
