    You know, i would agree with the statement that mens are always seen as the aggressors. Until you read about the College rape cases and the people who have hard proof evidence of the women being mistreated and the man getting off free with no penalties. it's sad when something as devastating as abuse can be spun.

    But there are still cases when a woman mistreats a man and gets off free because "there's no way she could hurt him" as well. I'm not saying that there isn't struggles for both sides

    I feel like the issue here is that in these cases the judges make heuristic judgements, instead of actually considering the information.
