Man...few things in Dragon's Dogma have made me felt more like a boss than casting 3x Great Cannon as a Mystic Knight and watching it destroy all. And then when a large enemy falls, casting Ruinous Sigil for insane amounts of damage.
Well, basically, Great Cannon is a spell only Mystic Knights can use in this game. What it does is conjure an orb of energy in front of you, and whenever you hit it with your weapon, it shoots 3 pretty strong magic blasts in the direction you're facing and homes in on any enemies in that direction. You can cast it up to three times in a row, so that you're basically hitting 9 magic blasts at enemies, and this destroys. Ruinous Sigil is like a magic land mine, kind of. You cast it and it damages anyone who walks into its area. In most cases against small enemies, it's not that great because it just knocks them away with a little damage. For big enemies, though, they get hit by the full power of it when they're knocked to the ground.
Let's agree to disagree there. I like Skyrim, but the things I can do in this game make it feel more fun. I don't know what it is about Skyrim, but I feel detached from the whole experience. Most likely because there's no sort of collision physics, so when I hit something, it just keeps acting as if it was never hit. No flinching or cessation of any actions. But with DD, I can almost feel the vibrations going up my arm when I hit something, and enemies flinch and go flying when you hit them with big attacks. I don't know who they got to design the rumble feature in this game, but they deserve some kind of medal.
I forgot to turn off my swag last night... i woke up covered in b******! I forgot to close the window last night... i woke up covered in mosquito bites...
I love skyrim. I just wish the leveling was more like Fallout. I mean, it works well for what it is, but I like the whole overall EXP
the armor is the best light armor, but as heavy armor goes Deadric holds the title still don't know about weapons, don't have an X-Box
