    i also reccomend turning off the cimuter,a nap, a screen will just make it worse , even reading with small print can aggravate headaches

    ^this. Just get off your computer and keep your eyes closed as much as you can. Getting some rest is in most cases the best cure for a headache.

    Pidgey CC is right. If your headache is really that bad, it may be a migraine. Don't look at any bright lights or listen to anything loud. So, taking a break from the computer is a good idea. When I get bad ones, I usually turn off all lights and sounds and lay in my bed for a while.
