    Well, according to what I've been told, it's their job to not teach you anything.

    Don't ask me. My parents said I should expect the proffesors/lecturers in college/university to basically try to fail me. I know nothing from personal experience.

    Anyhoo, how are you all? I am great, I just conversed with my parents and I think I finally get it. By "it" I mean what they've been upset about for so long.

    Yeah, it's mostly that I haven't been very passionate about getting a job, and college is really expensive, and I'm not going to go if I can't work my flank off to pay my fair share of it.

    I don't really know what's changed, to be honest. My parents don't think anything has changed. I can't name anything specific that I know now that I didn't know earlier. But I know I am going to try as freaking hard as I can to get a job now, whereas before I just sat back on my haunches and wished I could get a job, as if that would do anything.

    That unfortunately probably means less time on RPs, art, fanfics, and even Everypony as a whole, but obviously a job comes before that stuff. Not that you guys aren't important, but you understand. Right?
