    So this morning in the gym, I was putting a 60lb dumbbell back on the rack, and I must not have put it on secure enough because as soon as I let go of it, it fell right to the floor and almost crushed my feet. Reacting instinctively, I tried to jump up and away from it, and I ended up doing a kind of jump/twist with my one arm high in the air like some kind of funky Michael Jackson/disco dance move.

    And errybody in the gym saw it. :DFH:
