    Hello to you as well and thanks for the welcome :grin:!

    I used to practice some of the basics of parkour/etc. with good friend of mine back at my High School campus. Since then moved to a different state and don't know many people were I am at now so I haven't been able to parkour in a long while. I wish I could get back into it with someone it is a lot more fun that way. But I only know majority of the basics such as: landing, vaulting, and various wall climbs etc.
