False radar echoes, or in the case of weather: non-meteorological artifacts. Radar returns anything from ground clutter like clusters of city buildings, to even large flocks of birds, insects and dust. Stations rely on computational power to clean the maps of such artifacts. Looks like it messed up a bit. Weather radar is not actually very reliable (though by now it should be). Depending on the station they can be using rather old tech.
My weather system is perfect. I have a small rock hanging from a string outside my window. If the rock is wet, it's raining. If the rock is swaying, it's windy. If the rock turns white, it's snowing.
I like how on the radar shows the storms moving northeast and when I go outside they're clearly moving directly north, or if anything else, northwest.
Yeppers. Also loads of times where there's rain all over my location on the map, but no cloud in sight. Though I can't say they're fully wrong, rain usually will show up that day, just not when they say it.

Goodnight! So what did you all think of Equestria Girls? I just saw it two nights ago, and I thought it was so awesome. I was hoping Sunset Shimmer would have been beat differently, though..
