Vitamin D is a scam created by the vitamin companies. Think about it... The main way that we supposedly get vitamin D is by being in the sun. However, as any fifth grader with a passing grade in science can tell you, human beings do not absorb nutrients through osmosis. Therefore, Vitamin D obviously does not exist. They're just trying to sell more vitamin pills.
Not true. Many experiments have been done proving that humans can absorb nutrients without eating. For example, if you submerge yourself in water for at least thirty minutes, your body will absorb enough water to last you the rest of your life. For most people this happens in ten minutes or less. However, it only works if you do not use any supplemental oxygen or breathing apparatus.
Great. If scientists would only try to find a way to hold your breath underwater for 30 minutes, humanity would go a long way. But they're too busy trying to find out what causes belly button fluff....
Now, in addition to my heel pain, I have a lot of pain in the ball of the same foot, due to walking on it all day yesterday to alleviate the hell pain. This isn't very fun...
so this epe was fun, we got a lesbian Scottish breezie, new key, and gildash is canon. Brace yourselves, breezie oc`s are coming.
Typically the symptoms are subtle, if any at all. But the health risks and diseases that can arise from it abound. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/vitamin-d-deficiency Google hath provided. All praise glorious Google!
So, I was sick for most of January and about a week of February, felt healthy and fine for a week and a half, and now I'm sick again. This has never happened to me before.
I actually tried this but my body ended up transforming all its organic cells into a nectar-based substance from beyond the black veil and I am now and incorporeal being and I hold you responsible grrrr.
I imagine. I slept all day yesterday, and felt better when I got up. Still kind of weak and stuffy, but not like before. Maybe just a 24 or 48 hour bug?
No amount of Dr. Scholl's will help with this. Any amount of weight put on my left foot and it becomes an inferno. I think my heel tore a ligament or something. Not sure about the ball, though. It's very sensitive to the touch, but I'm not so sure what's wrong with it.
