very well, if you feel conifdent enough, kudos to ya, I always am thrown a bit by large age gaps like that, but theres a 5 year gap between my parents so who am I to judge.
Haha 6 years is a large age gap? I understand when I first turned 16 and met him my parents and older brothers didn't approve. But y'know, he's part of the family now because age gaps are bull**** when it involves two mature adults. (In the UK I'm considered 'adult' in a few aspects when 16, which is the time I started College) But yeah thanks I guess.
I wish you two the best. My parents are 19 years apart. *shrugs* It's whoever makes you happy. Not that I'm miffed by your post or anything, just wanted to throw that out there. Also hi. I think I'd like to make more of an effort to come around this thread more often, I've been becoming a bit of an outsider xP. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Just throwing this into the mix... I'm 24, aaaand I can't say that any of those desires have been out of me for years. Actually, that's pretty much right about the age where that stuff is most common. Generally speaking. Just wanted to comment because I certainly don't feel that...old person-y.
And I'll be 20 soon and I can say that I don't have any of those desires at all. Many of my peers when I was in HS were partiers, drinkers, etc. They still are into college and I was very happy to get away from them. I agree it's common, but I don't expect my mindset to change because I'm in a particular age group. You aren't a definition or model of said age group anymore than I am. So there's not really a point in projecting that.
Sleeping around? What's that? What are woman? *Almost 27, 7-8 years single. 27 if you don't count internet girlfriends*
0 People mature at different ages. Plus he's not that kind of guy at all. He used to get drunk at 13 up to 21 so he's already done enough partying, in fact he said he wished he wasn't such a sarcastic little git when he was 16, which is the age I was when I met him (He forgot how young I was initially.). He really is older than he looks, and acts older than what he is. Even my parents joke he's an old man. He needs a couple hours each day to nap and he retired from the internet, specifically forums because he hates the *****y politics involved. He's a strange one, and so am I. My eldest brother is a couple years younger than him, my other older brother is early twenties, and they still wanna go out and party, but both have settled down with long term girlfriends. They're pretty much 'Lad lads' and I don't envy their relationships. They always argue and have to buy expensive gifts and compete with other couples and have to go out together, make plans around eachother and complain about each others friends. Ugh. I'm also pretty certain that they would never stay with a girl that had mental health problems, let alone care for them like my Partner does for me. You're just different than him. In fact a lot of guys are. - - Auto Merge - - ^ This this this.
Definition or model? No. But there are always exceptions to the rule, and you are an exception. I'm simply part of the average for that age group.
I think we've established that everyone is different or whatever. - - Auto Merge - - OhmygodGulDukatissosexyohmygodohmygod
I like how everyone here's talkin' 'bout love and stuff and I'm over here learning how to set up a TF2 server.
1. Just got back from seeing Catching Fire. Good film. 2. I made a barebones rough draft for my intro to my YT channel. Gonna get a friend to work on it more. But I'm really proud of it!
I still have trouble with my channel when google+ decides to log me in as my g+ account which i only made so i could get to youtube to begin with.
