True but, hopefully, you get my point. That could have had life-changing repercussions. It's bad enough when your decision has results that change your own life. Trust me, I know that from firsthand experience. But it's quite another when your stupidity changes the life of someone else. Basically, he could have messed his son up FOR LIFE!
I'd roundhouse kick that dirtbag straight off the ramp. Patience and reassurance would be a far better method than just forcing your kid into circumstances where they're uncomfortable. He didn't even push his son gently, just kicked his board like he was tired of standing there, and he hardly rushed to him when he fell. He kicked the board so there's no way he could have balanced, so he was doomed to be on his arse thanks to 'hands-on' daddy. The cruelest thing my dad did to me for a joke was put mustard in my sandwich instead of butter, he's also put me in a bin when I was misbehaving, but at least he didn't shove me down ramps or on bikes etc.
The kid was wearing pads and a helmet. The odds of him being injured by such a minor fall are astronomically low. If more parents were willing to raise their children to be tough and fearless, we wouldn't live in a world full of whiny cowards.
Pads can't protect you from a back injury, man. Scrapes and bruises, yes but not your spine. There's a difference between cowardice and common sense.
True, but it's a thin line. Fact: too much "common sense" can lead to a condition called "Boring-as-hell-itis."
Well, I've always said that I'd rather be a live chicken than a dead turkey. In other words, have fun but don't be stupid.
Actually, what I've said should make sense. Turkey's are foolish enough to stare upward in a rainstorm until they drown. In other words, if you play with fire, you're gonna get burned. Maybe I'm just a boring person but I can still have a good time without putting myself or others at risk.
This is how you look while playing Guitar Hero. - - Auto Merge - - I can tell you from years of playing with fire that this statement is false.

I don't know what (combination) of drugs the video maker was on but golly, this makes me to try some of that ****!
