It's just strange because this particular commissioner has commissioned pictures before of his pony oc and mine. That's probably why it feels strange to me, luckily SinderSkull is just a nickname and she actually has a very generic pony name and I no longer consider her my ponysona. It still feels weird as the picture he requested is a NSFW picture of SinderSkull and his OC, as he says it's his 'OTP'. I guess I'm hesitant because because my otp is SinderSkull and Straight Razor and I think the commissioners OC is a god-modded, douchey-macho type who workes as a 'general in the luna guard' 'and is sooper hawt' UGH. But I love money. You see my crisis.
Oh, dear. That is a strange request. With Sinderskull being your character, you'd be perfectly justified to tell him to take his business elsewhere, but I understand the need to make money in whatever way you can. Just do what feels right. And remember... the Sistine Chapel was a commission. Michelangelo was a sculptor, and thought of painting as an inferior art form.
I find what's being asked for to be kinda creepy. Actually very creepy. Did he ask your permission to use your OC? If you draw it, know that is giving him permission by proxy... I'd politely decline his request. IMHO, the money you make from the commission will be far outweighed by the headaches you will get in the future.
Yeah, I'll just try it out. I might as well attempt it before I give up. If I can't finish it, I can't finish it. It's not like I have an obligation to draw this, as I haven't been paid for the commission. That gives me some security to say "Sorry, but no" at any point. But yea thanks for the advice~ C:
