I just beat AVGN Adventures on Hard with my last life and 1 hit away from dying. I was so happy until the credits ended and told me I unlocked an even harder difficulty.
So I'm homeless now. My sister is letting me stay on her couch while I recover from my ill-fated journey, and in the meantime, I'm trying to find a job and an apartment. I still don't know if I'm staying in Oregon, or going to Florida. Either way, none of my options are good. I'm tired, stressed, and in pain, and I know that I'm not thinking clearly. I just don't know what to do.
I lived in Florida for 10 years, and unless you plan on living in Ocala, I highly recommend you avoid that state.
I was born in Florida, and my father lives there. I'm looking at the Tampa/St. Pete area. Maybe Gulfport or Clearwater.
Ah, well if family is there, then do what you gotta do. I'm glad to be out of that state. I lived in Naples for 8 years and Fort Myers for 2. It was fun until I graduated high school.
If I hear one more complaint about the boob veins in Lost Odyssey, I will actually vomit in disgust. EHRMAHGEHRD BOOBY VEINS ARE UGLY!! How about you stop. I'm pretty sure veins on breasts are acurrate. Just because this game lacks pantyshots and Lolitas like Star Ocean has. This was hands down one of the most amazing games I have ever played. Its story slots together much less confusingly than FF10 does, and the music is done by Nobuo Uematsu too. I'm so confused as to why this game was a flop. The character designs are far more tasteful than some Japanese games, the characters themselves are all wonderfully presented and still people despise it. I could cry... D:
I'm not familiar with Lost Odyssey, and I'm looking it up as I type this. You're talking about this chick? (The veins are barely visible in the first image, but they can be seen on the "outer" side of both breasts.) Ming's design is a great example of typical Japanese female character design: put as many clothes on her as you can while also covering as little as possible. This shot from the front makes it incredibly obvious that she put on a Wonder Woman-esque one-piece, then put on everything she could find in the same color that didn't provide any additional cover to her breasts, hips, or thighs. She even has garterbelts. But that's totally fine; "accurate" and "realistic" do not mean "good" - or else the main characters in an average JRPG would be covered in acne and the girls would all be ashamed of their body hair. Adding that kind of detail to the breasts is a priority mismanagement - it takes up budget far better spent elsewhere, and it's rather tasteless. Besides, for technical reasons the veins are mirrored across both breasts, which isn't accurate - it's incredibly surreal and creepy. Lost Odyssey is actually fairly well-rated by critics, though it might not have sold well. What I find strange is that it's more popular in the West than it is in Japan, despite going well out of its way to be a traditional JRPG, which Westerners today normally hate. It even has random battles with CD load times.
Mings designs is one of my favourites, the chest window is where she wears her royal mark, also, I have veins on my chest, it's hardly mismanagement to focus on intricate details, which is what the entire FF team is known for. Take Sarah for instance. She's mage, and her entire outfit is modest excluding the booby window in the front. This is modest for JRPG's, incredibly so. Take Kaim, the male lead, he's showing off a pretty tasty midriff! And I belive Seth's outfit is the most revealing however you have to take count of her speed and agility, her clothing is designed in such a way that it makes it easier to be agile and increases her speed. I see little to no pantyshots in battle sequences and almost all of the cutscenes. The only complaint I have for the game is that it's very frustrating in the beginning, as you're running around without information or a cause, but again as you travel with Kaim, you know he's lost his memories, is immortal and has lost 1000 years out of his timeline. You feel the confusion and lonliness with him. It truly is an experience, I recommend it regardless of the costumes and 'small details that didn't matter' You just appreciate it for the amazing game that it is.
West coast of Florida? *shudders* I'm not fond of that side of the state. But I enjoy southeast Florida. The tri-county area is quite nice. You have to go far south enough to be past the "southern" part of the state. :derpe:
That outfit is stupid. What is it with JRPGs and outfits that look like the character ran through the rejects bin of a fetish shop?
I bit it by accident when I sneezed laying down. Then it got swollen and now I keep biting the same spot. :'(
Oh dear, I've done that plenty of times actually. Either my lip or my tongue. Oh god, finally 3 monitors. So beautiful. Also another 4TB, and a comfy chair, and soon an S5. no regrets.
so in halo, enemies dive out the way of grenades. Use grenade into pack of enemies on small cliff ledge, they all jump to their deaths. laugh internally.
