Sometimes just removing the cmos battery doesn't always do what you want. I'm late but try this if you haven't destroyed the computer yet . You need to look for the password jumper on the board. A jumper is basically two pins (sometimes 3) that when you remove it, it breaks the circuit and it will change or reset a setting. Here's an example of what you need to look for. Jumpers usually have labels right next to them. You're looking for PWD, PSWD or something that resembles that it controls the password. Ground yourself before doing this. And you should have no power at all when you're doing it so flip the little power switch on the back off as well and unplug the computer from the power supply. If it's a two pin jumper: Remove the little cover, wait like 10 seconds. Plug the computer back in and flip the switch back to on. Wait again. Turn everything back off and place the jumper back in its original spot. Done. Turn everything back on and try to boot to Windows. If it's a three pin jumper (like in the screenshot I posted), you do the same thing as above, but instead of removing the jumper completely you swap it so the jumper covers the other two pins. So if it's on pins 1 and 2, flip it to 2 and 3. When you're done you flip the jumper back to its original spot. Good luck. Loved that movie btw
I found the jumper thingy and tried that many times. However, I never considered powering the computer on while it was switched. It's a 3 pin connector with the piece on pins 1 and 2. I moved it to 2 and 3, but now the computer won't even power on.
By power on you don't mean booting right? You don't need to, or in some cases probably shouldn't boot to Windows while the jumper is removed or switched. When you switch the jumper, you only need to plug it in and turn the power supply on.
Is there a way we can IM and you can walk me through it from the beginning. Nothing I try is working.
So, guys. This thread's been dead for over 24 hours. Lets talk about how hot Charmander is. (Ba dum tish?)
I always have trouble understanding parts of Doctor Who's dialogue these days. I'm not sure why. I think because of lot of things are said rapidly under their breath, but I need subtitles to get the full dialogue.
I've had that problem since Clara though. I think it's a combination of her speaking quickly most of the time and Capaldi's new Scottish accent. Plus all the DW I watched up until season 7 was on Netflix with subtitles. It's weird. I have no trouble understanding Jenna Coleman as Melia in Xenoblade Chronicles. I guess she mumbles a lot as Clara or something. - - Auto Merge - - The internet is over now. Good job everyone.
How disappointing. They added kelpies as an official race in the MLP comics. But they look more like sea dragon ponies. I was hoping for something closer to the original myth. Sigh. Whatever i never pay attention to show canon when i roleplay anyway.
Magical WATER horses that can take many forms. And has a particular liking to human/animal flesh. ...yeah they'd have to omit the last part.
I'm getting so edgy with my customers now. I sold some guy 4 1 week xbox live trials and he's just now complaining to me saying that all of them are used. Coincidentally, he bought the codes 4 weeks ago. Scammer much?
How the hell does one use a code bought from a store and then send it back? Does he even know how those work?
I may or may not have punched my keyboard so hard that my laptop cracked and pieces went flying. It currently may or may not be being held together with duct tape.
Hitting stuff is a sure way to fix issues. Based on the way you used both T and Y, I'll presume that you fixed your keyboard.
