Should have gotten the PS4 instead. Anyway, Destiny is probably gonna be an overhyped disappointment. Even if its a good game, it will NEVER live up to its hype. If it does i'll buy it.
100% of my friends are on xbox. Getting a PS4 would be pointless. If I had no friends, I would have gotten it for the 360. The whole console war thing is complete BS.
That is why i turned to the PC gamer side. Honestly though, competition is a good thing for technology, it helps innovation. Sadly it seems the new consoles are just devolved gaming PC's. And are not creating anything new aside from slightly prettier lighting.
Graphics mean less than nothing to me. PC gaming is fun, though I still prefer consoles. Playing with a keyboard and mouse is just stupid and there's a lot of games I have where using a controller really limits what I can do.(Battlefield 4) Also, all PC gamers are jerks. The community is the worst I've ever taken part in next to Halo. With PC gamers it's all about specs and graphics. No one ever talks about actual games other than how well their computer can run them. Pathetic.
Dear Chinese person who made my earbuds, You are bad at your work and you bring great shame upon yourself, your family, your ancestors, and your country. You are worthless as a human being, having failed at such a simple task as basic electronics assembly. Please report to your local government officials for immediate execution. Perhaps you will find your true purpose in life when your corpse is ground up and fed to Chinese army attack dogs. Sincerely, The guy who wasted five bucks on the earbuds that you screwed up.
Consoles of old were single tasked machines. Put in a cartridge or disc and it's loaded to RAM. It only makes sense that they become more PC like. The overlap is obvious, but not unsurprising. The only innovation that can go beyond consoles really is better virtual reality, with which nobody seems to know how to do. Except maybe perhaps Oculus Rift, maybe. But they'll soon be sellouts too I'm sure and will be yet another ruined attempt. Good 'ol outsourced child labor.
They aren't real gamers, they're just dudes with big wallets who learned how to build a computer online. Though, yes, theirs still a lot of stupid ones, see the steam forums for examples. Well, the real advantage of consoles is local multiplayer, but most companies are throwing that out in favor of online. That and ease of use. I won't be satisfied with any attempts at VR until they create a personal Matrix only without the tubes.
No one has IRL friends anymore. Your average cod kid is relishing over his online buddies list and is too busy recording himself playing Minecraft with what sounds like a voice though is actually a form of torture used by swat teams to clear crowds. That's where the market is. Actually going to your friend's house to play a game with buds, and having a good time? How neaderthal... Sent from my XT1080M using Tapatalk
So I've finally decided to get a driver's license. Not sure what I should do to celebrate when I get it. Maybe I'll sign up for a demolition derby.
Well, my History went exam went better than expected. I'm now going to turn myself into a slave to work on my IT exam tomorrow
Destiny is getting pretty mixed reviews. I knew it would be somewhere along the lines of "Basically ok" at most.
At least I never hear them clamoring to "MAKE IT PC-EXCLUSIVE!" like Microbrains and Sonytards do on literally every gaming news article covering the announcement of upcoming titles. The simple fact of the matter is that both console gamers and PC gamers have equal parts 'asshat' and 'reasonable person', and generalizations like yours aren't really helping to diffuse the unnecessary animosity that has literally no valid reason to exist. ...Unless, of course, your post was tongue-in-cheek and totally went over my head, in which case I apologize for being dense.
